KG is a better defensive player than AD and he's not far behind on the offensive end. He also was injured a lot less in his prime.

This isn’t close. Garnett was an animal. One of my favorite players. No disrespect to AD, but he isn’t in KG’s class.

KG, is not even a contest, the only PF I may consider taking over him is Duncan, but it would depend on the team.

KG easily. His energy was unmatched and his defense incredible. One could argue AD is a better scorer but KG had a more extensive effect on winning. AD not far behind though

Absolutely KG....very few players bring that skill set and intensity to an NBA game every time on the court on both ends.

AD plays in this era and doesn't really shoot 3s.

KG played in the wrong era and took a step in long 2... I'll take KG alone because hopefully, he'd allow someone to force him to take 3s.

AD is a great player though. But right now I think he's KG without the playmaking. KG is one of the better passing PFs we've seen.

There aren't many players I would take over KG in their primes. Add in my bias and the list gets even shorter.
