I see Delly as a PG, Brown as a SG and Snell as a SF. Not that hard to beat Snell out after last year.

So you think we're trading Khris and not bringing Jabari back?

Anyways here's what our depth chart should look like, assuming no trades or cuts and Jabari comes back:

PG: Bled/Brog/Delly/BJ3/Munford

SG: Snell/Brog/Khris(when Jabari/Giannis are at the 3/4)/Brown/Delly

SF: Khris/Jabari/Snell/Brown/DJ

PF: Giannis/Jabari/DJ

C: Thon/Zeller/Henson/Plumlee

To me it seems obvious that SG and SF are our positions with the most depth. Which makes me reluctant to draft a SF or SG (who can't either also play PG or PF) because they'll have next to no time to be developed. Might as well just swing for the fences on a guy who ain't ready yet if we're not going to need them next season anyway.
Khris and Snell can not play SG. They are too slow defensively. Delly is more of a Pg. As far has Parker and Middleton I cant tell you who will be gone but I have always said that they are to much alike to play together since both are weak defenders.

This is the guy that I think could be a difference maker if we take him. Really like his game.

How about Mo Wagner if we can grab a 2nd rounder?

Snell was literally our starting SG for like 70 games last season.

Khris has started over 100 career games at SG.

Because that's where kidd started them dosent mean that's where they should play. Middleton is pretty obviously a SF and snell is better off there as well.

For me that is Gary Trent Jr. and I'm really high on him. 40% on 6.5 attempts a game. Got better as the season went on. I see comparisons to Devin Booker's freshman year.

I'm really impressed by how impressed Lonnie Walker is with how he talks and carries himself.

No. Way.

Khyri is fine as a collegiate secondary ball handler, but when he was forced into the primary role last year when Watson (granted, maybe the best NCAA pg at the time) went down, the drop off was cataclysmic and immediate. He can't do it, and he's not close.

I can't see Khyri playing the point. He's suited as a SG from what I've seen and his length is what saves him since he's undersized. He would work well with Giannis running the point and Khryi guarding the PG if the coaching is willing to do that.

You put him in an Avery Bradley role, the Creighton vs Villanova game he mostly defended Jalen Brunson but he also defended DiVincenzo and Bridges at certain points as well. He's best playing off the ball but he's good at forcing turnovers and running a fast break. Best on ball defender in the draft and a very capable 3 point shooter.

I don't know why you'd want to put yourself in a skill deficit like that. If anything play him up a position alongside 2 guards and let him get under a forward's skin.

The guy he reminds me of - and you guys are going to hate this, but I don't - is Dion Waiters.

You know, Divicenzo has better defensive stats than Brogdon in college

If Dion Waiters does that sort of thing on defense then I must have missed it

This is not bad at all for what is basically a volume 40% 3pt shooting guard.
The more I look into Divicenzo the more I like him actually, tough on D, athletic, very useful on offense. Can't go wrong.

I personally don’t think Dion was a good defensive player in college but I also think he was massively overrated in college in general.

But his steal percentage and block percentage were both more than two times as high as Donte.
