Morris didn't kick his leg out. He jumped up to take the shot. Love came flying in and their legs tangled.

Legs can't get tangled if the leg isn't kicked out. As I've said, Morris's leg was out, they just showed the replay. Love was contesting sideways.

He wasn't kicking his leg out. Yes his leg wasn't 100% vertical but he was jumping up to take a shot, legs do that.

Celtics fans probably think that was a legitimate foul call.

What would even be considered as a kick? A lot of times when you pull up for a jumpshot one legs going to inevitably shift forwards more than the other leg depending on your J.

I know when I pull up or spot up my right leg will shift forwards moreso than my left leg. Does that count as a kick every time?

Yeah, I mean they only ever call it when they blatantly stick a leg out for contact.

Yeah, and that wasn't blatant at all. That was the most subtle "kick" I've seen in my entire life.

There was no kick out. Legs elevated to take the shot like any jump shot. Love tripped into Morris' legs and stretched Morris' legs out, which made it seem like a kick out, which is not. All you need to look at is at the point of contact.

I guess what the refs saw in real time and what I saw in slo-mo disagree with your assessment. How can Love trip into Morris's legs if they're not beyond him? His foot tripped Love's, that's what they called. Perhaps it's a judgement as to how far the leg was out, but at this point, it's an argument of whether one is a metre or five metres off a cliff. Either way, you're falling.

Wow...officials are really keeping Boston in this one. Those are 5 free throws on bad calls.
