Mike has reverted back to what did his other teams other seasons, in, again, which is only playing 7 guys... but really 6.5 players. It very much effected Houston last nite, only playing 6.5 players. Who's to say Joe Johnson (play PF) or Ryan Anderson (play C, play energized, give him a chance) don't make an impact, or play Mbah a'Moute more minutes, and he shuts down Curry or Klay for a quarter and a half or quarter?
Mike's had arguably the most depth he's had ever than any other team that was a top seed, and he's blowing it. The way his team plays can't just play 6.5 players, should be 7.5 or 8 players to help out with the minutes from the pace of the game. The Warriors rotation is being utilized better, before or after Iguodala was out, and are giving more opportunities to make an impact (Bell, Young).
When you only play 6.5 players, you're putting your faith in literally half your whole roster.
Warriors and Boston, and to use a past example, San Antonio, remain much better coached in that regard.
Depth doesn't matter as much in the playoffs - but it still does.
Time for Houston to play 6.5 players and lose in G7 at home next game. If Iguodala is back for G7, bye, bye Houston.

Been a Warrior fan for over 30 years so of course I'm pulling for them. That being said, I've loved this series....I don't like the Rockets, but they have given some of the best effort and hustle I've seen in the last few years.
It sucks that CP and Iggy have been hurt...I know people have been saying CP being out is way more important than Iggy, but if you've watched the Warriors the last few years, he is the glue to that team in the playoffs
If the Rockets win on Monday, they 100% deserve it.

people seem to forget that Luc was hurt during end of regular season and never has been himself since. He was the best defender on the team before the injury.

It is pretty crazy. When they get hurt, it seems to time up for them perfectly and whenever they face real adversity, another teams star goes down.
The one time they had injuries at the wrong time (2016) they lost.
Maybe the real point is we don’t value injury luck as much as we should into the title equation.

It's the same for everyone. If LeBron had inuries like cp3 every year that kept him out of the playoffs and cp3 was healthy every year cp3 could be seen as the better player. That's the truth. LeBron probable would be ringless if he had cp3s injury history. Injuries mean everything and people never talk about the impact to legacies enough.

Harden was in full flopping mode yesterday. It’s inevitable that would start working against him in terms of getting the benefit of the doubt from officials.

Did you see how Joe Johnson played? He's not that Richard Jefferson or even Dahntay Jones type, who can come in and somehow be a factor in limited minutes with hustle and MAYBE surprise you with some kind of contribution. The dude looked sleepy and anything but nimble out there. Anderson hustled and looked like he was trying, despite getting burned too
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

Im not a conspiracy theorist in the least, but some games...damn. I dont if the refs are subconsciously supporting the losing team or what, but holy, this was a ridiculous game by them. Houston was up double digits at one point and then the refs just let GSW do whatever they wanted the entire game. This wasnt game 6 LAL/sactown bad, but this looked pretty overt.

For game 6 this year there's about 50 pages worth in this forum whining about how the game is rigged. hmm? It's only rigged when it suits you, eh? LMAO the amount of hypocrisy on the internet is ludicrous.
If the NBA was going to rig games what would be in the NBA's best interest? Of course every series should go to 7 games. What else?
I have been hearing about how games are rigged in favor of the Warriors for a while now. I have been hearing about how KD ruined the league and nobody can compete with the Warriors. Wouldn't the NBA want to end the idea that the that the Warriors have already won the 2018, 2019 and 2020 championships?
When I lurked at the Raptors board I learned there is a conspiracy to help every team beat the Raptors, but that is a different story.
I read that Dramond grabs people off the ball. Draymond does do that but every team has been dining that to the Warriors for years.
I wish off the ball fouls were called. The Wariors passing game is pretty; I wish the more teams played that style and I don't like it when the Warriors start playing ISO ball. The passing game needs the guys moving without the ball to not be bumped and grabbed. I would gladly give up moving screens to if thevguys moving without the ball were not held. I don't even like moving screens or sticky screens. The old screen rule interpretation was easier to understand; don't move when setting screens. Call the damn traveling too.
The NBA is afraid that if they call stuff the game will slow down. Swallowing whistles doesn't work. The more you let the players cheat the more the players will cheat and you end up calling blowing the whistle anyway only the cheating gets worse.
People want the fictitious player fouls Harden fouls called. The game is rigged because Harden isn't getting his calls. Harden never should have gotten those fouls called for him. The NBA has accidentally screwed with Harden by making him think jumping into defenders will get him an and one. Harden makes his shot more difficult when he jumps sideways into defenders so by leading Harden to believe he can draw fouls that way and then not giving Harden those bogus foul calls in the Conference finals the NBA is actually screwing with Harden. I want to see Harden do the amazing stuff that Harden can do. I don't want to see Harden making his own shots more difficult by jumping sideways into defenders.
People think the NBA refs are favoring the Warriors? Why would the do that? The Warriors have not been the little darling love able underdogs for years now. I don't see the Warriors being favored the way the whiners claim but then I am a Warriors fan.
Somebody is delusional. It could be me and Warriors fans or could be the Warrior hating whiners. This is a psychological issue.
But why would the NBA want to favor the Warriors now? Accidental favoritism of the Warriors by the refs because they are so intimidated by the Warriors legend?
I think it is the Warriors haters that are delusional, not the refs and Warriors fans. Either way the disagreeing perceptions are a psychological phenomena.

Haha some random Twitter person posts one vid and claims their Rodney Dangerfield.
Hard to see but the ref was right there. Dray may have stripped the ball on the way up. Iirc harden looked gassed at that point too so fatigue could be a factor.
Honestly if they called a foul tho I wouldnt have argued. But if this is the most egregious “missed call” I’d say good game refs
