You guys like him as an NBA PG or a 2-guard?
At present, I see a 2 guard scoring sparkplug off the bench.

SF never even crossed my mind after watching that video. He seems like a guy who needs the ball in his hands in order to be effective, but I've only watched some highlights and the aforementioned video.
I want to see what his fans see, but it's just not clear to me.

Definitely not a reach at 17, 2nd best PG prospect in this draft IMO.

Yeah, I like this guy from what I've seen.

Imo he's the best PG prospect. He's very similar to Trey Young offensively but has more upside physically. Should end up top 10. He's definitely not a reach at 17.

Where is Elie Okobo being mocked? That kid is good.

Roughly around 30? But yeah he's definitely going first round.

I’m with you SH. SF never crossed my mind either because he just doesn’t have the size for the position. Honestly the guy looks like Jamal Crawford to me. Not the type of player I’m into having on a team I like to watch, but I know there is value in ball dominant scorers off the bench. Still, I just see a guy who needs to have the ball in his hands to be a factor. Also that slow release, set shot style jumper he has is great for guys like KAT and Horford who are tall and being guarded by slower bigs but Okogie looks like he might struggle to get that shot off against better athletes in the NBA.

2 guard, not really a shooter though unless he makes some jaylen brown level leaps

If Kevin Knox falls I think he'd at the very least be an interesting option. Not sure if I like him over Jontay or Okobo though.

Go like 5 pages (?) back. We discussed Okobo quite a bit. Extremely polished for his age offensively. Defensively, currently a major liability.

So I'm pretty set on either Donte Divincenzo or Melvin Frazier. Both hustle, play d and have freakish athleticism. Donte has the better jumper though.

Just can't really zero in on any one prospect this year. Last year it was OG. Year before that it was Skal. Zhaire Smith would be my guy if he falls, but I doubt he'll be there at 17. Otherwise, Chandler Hutchison or take a swing on Mitchell Robinson.

Tough to imagine him making the kind of leap that would be required for him to go top 5. My guess is he did not get consistent 1st round feedback.

Nbadraft.net has him 6th next year and nbadraftroom.com has him 21st next year. It's not to far fetched to think he makes a big jump.

Re: 2018 NBA Draft Thread
I posted the full Creighton vs Villanova game on here a week or two ago and that was the game that sold me on Khyri Thomas. I'm sure some of you don't feel like watching that entire game so I found a Twitter thread that this guy made highlighting some of the same things I was impressed by while watching the game.
I would love to see Khyri Thomas in a Bucks uniform, I'd be really happy if we took him at 17.
