After being down 0-2 in the 2006 NBA Finals Dwyane Wade went on to average 39.3ppg 8.3rpg and 3.5apg on 62%TS to carry the Miami Heat to a series victory in 6 games. :nonono:

He was just insane from like 2005-2006 to around 2011-2012. His peak years were some of the best basketball I've ever witnessed, particularly 2008-2009.

I also don't like the revisionist history. Yeah, it's going to be GS/Cavs again this year but let's not act like it was inevitable. Both teams nearly died on the court.

It's rigged in the sense that the Cavs have to overcome impossible odds while KD is padding his resume on a stacked team. The kids in the barbershop won't give a damn when we try to explain why KD isn't a better player than LeBron. They'll hit us with the "RINGZZZ, you dusthead" argument and go back to getting their weak beards shaped up.

Houston should've won the series, but their lack of quality depth killed that dream. When your desperation move involves giving playing time to IsoJoe and Ryno, you're in a really dark place.

LeBron better give CP3 the sideeye this Summer when CP3 suggests teaming up. Death, taxes, and Chris Paul's body falling apart in the playoffs.

That peanuthead mofo can announce that tomorrow morning and it wouldn't matter because the damage has already been done. People tolerated the Splash Bros vs LeBron duology because it was a tug of war that could go either way. Now? Not so much. LeBron has to throw hands with a bunch of all-stars with one hand behind his back (Love).

Must be nice for Warriors fans to feel at ease knowing their team will be hoisting another trophy literally next Friday. If I was them I'd turn on the game, kick my feet up, sip on my coffee, and enjoy the beat down.

Every Finals series the Heat played, I had enough sweat come off my body to fill a pool. This won't even be close.
