I just watched it too. I enjoyed it quite a lot.

It didn't knock my socks off or anything, and I liked Rogue One a lot more, but it is nice to see some expansion of the galaxy outside the traditional story lines. And the production values are really good. That has been one of the best things about these new Disney movies, they look fantastic.

I'm so shocked the Red Sox designated for assignment Hanley Ramirez.

Please let me know if anyone is a very experienced & very good scrabble player who happens to play Words with Friends. I am looking for very good competition. :0)
PS I have partially switched over to WWF because the best online Scrabble site in the world (www.wordbiz.com) (where I have played for many years on my laptop) unfortunately does not provide an iPAD APP.

Words with Friends isn't really the same as Scrabble though, right?

You could probably use a remote desktop app (in conjunction with a PC) to play ISC on your Ipad.

Compared with real Scrabble, WWF redesigned TW, DW etc placement somewhat, and changed the number of certain letters to make it easier for the average Joe (who has never played real Scrabble) to score big points & “feel proud”. They also decreased the number of points generated by a “bingo” - thereby deemphasizing its importance (as you know, the “bingo” is the ultimate accomplishment in sophisticated real Scrabble). Also, the average WWF player (who usually has never played prime time, high end Scrabble) just “makes words” (some much better than others), but usually has the insight of a fire hydrant regarding strategic play and avoiding mindless set-ups. At WWF, I therefore only play versus a relatively small group of former Scrabble players. I just want good competition & do not mind losing sometimes. :0)

I have no idea what a remote desk top APP is. I have played at ISC/wordbiz.com on my laptop for the last 15 years and wish they offered an APP for iPAD & iPHONE.

Remote desktop allows you to access your laptop (or PC) from your iPad - so you would be playing on your laptop via your iPad.

You encouraged me to join @ ISC some time back, if you go back to ISC maybe I'll pickup some games with you. I don't play that often, and I still stick with Pogo since it's easy to pick up a game there and the interface is user friendly. I don't really have patience for games that aren't really scrabble. I'm familiar with the Scrabble board, Scrabble letter values, and the official Scrabble dictionary. I don't really have patience for knockoffs.

But not the best one where I have played the same people for 15 years =
= ISC = Internet Scrabble Club = www.wordbiz.com

Meh was kind. Solo sucked. Lol.

Deadpool 2 on the other hand was absolutely amazing.

On a scale of one to ten how bored will I be in Solo?

A friend just broke up with their boyfriend and is making me see this with them tomorrow, lol. I like Star Wars but would have waited for the DVD of this one normally. Previews looked whack.

Deadpool 2 was awesome. Thought it was ten times better than the first.

Haha. Yeah. That’s exactly the word I’d use to describe it. So frigging boring. I was like 3/10 bored.

As for Deadpool. No doubt. Way better than the first and I’m a fan of the first.

I can see where your coming from, my ten year old son who absolutely loves Star Wars liked it but I could tell he wasn't as hooked as he usually is. He told me there wasn't enough Empire (he likes storm troopers).

I thought the start was a bit iffy, but I really enjoyed the second two thirds of the movie. As I said earlier, I like that they are expanding the story lines beyond just Empire vs Rebellion and light side vs dark side.

I am pretty iffy on the ending of this movie setting up for more Han Solo movies, not sure I need to see any more of them to be honest. I am also not that interested in Boba Fett and Obi Wan stand alone movies that are supposed to be in the works. I would prefer they made some new story lines outside the basic Skywalker time line and characters.

I never really had a problem with him just thought he was a fool. What’s your take on the black face? It’s disturbing for sure...never seen anything like that. His explanation didn’t make much sense.

I've given my extensive take on blackface on this forum before: it isn't funny the majority of the time.

This isn't one of the times it is.

I hate Drake because of his music. It **** sucks so much and he's this successful? It makes no sense. Outside of that the dude is also clearly an egotistical piece of **** as a celeb.

I'm so happy he's getting clowned in the media. You don't **** with a dude like Pusha and make it out with your rep intact. Clipse are some real ass dudes.

2 songs off of Dopapod's newest album. Always great to see a local band become national.

I may go to Camp Bisco this year for the sole purpose of getting laid. You like the Disco Biscuits at all? Idk if I can do two festivals though, I usually do Afropunk as well.
