How weird.
Let's just read and post. I don't want to have to Google Mean Girls references. Good basketball takes or bad ones... let's post and read them. The other stuff will almost always draw a response.

Brown was pretty good though.

18ppg, 47 fg %, 40 percent for 3...(playoffs).

I think LBJ has made up his mind. He wants to be a Laker. I base that on nothing but gut instinct, and some things he’s said and done recently. I’ve been back and forth I on this but I think he’s made up his mind.

I think so too.

On an unrelated note, even though he couldn't hit the water if he fell out of a boat last night, I would love Trevor Ariza on this team next year with the room exception.

If LBJ shows up, we need certain type players around him. Like definitely shooters. Like definitely, rebound-board guys, maybe cousin type interior guys, etc. Not saying I actually want this guy. Because I don't. But acquire James, and we got some shopping to do.

I'd love Ariza back.

We just gotta wait though. If Lebron's coming....you know there's big things in the works. Lebron aint just parking here. If we get Lebron/Kawhi/PG (or any duo of those 3) ......I gotta think our midlevel on a center like Lopez would be more valuable, as much as I dig me some Ariza.

I agree you got to get shooters.

If Lebron comes then so does PG. He will probably wait for LBJ to make his decision
PG is a decent shooter but you still need more fire power to compete with the best or you need Kawahi to shut down one of the shooters on the top teams.

Hart
PG, Luka, or JJ or Trae
Ingram, Kuzma
Lebron, Kuzma
Randle?

JJ Redick can still shoot. or how about move of the draft by unloading one of the young guys to get Luka or Trae

Lonzo and #25 for Luka then put Hart at the one.

We don't have a chance at moving up in the draft because no team wants to help us.

IF Lebron comes with pg13..

It should be

Hart
KCP?
PG13
Lebron
Center

Ingram with PG13 and lebron makes zero sense since both pg13 and lebron play the same role as him and better.

Maybe even consider resigning KCP if it's a cap friendly deal. I think ZUbacwould work well with Lebron at the 5.. However, it makes zero sense to have Luke coaching the team.... since it's always been lebron ways or the highway besides maybe during his miami days

If Bron signs for example, and I'm cp3, I'm considering LA very seriously

This makes absolutely no sense for both sides.

Lonzo a rookie point guard? Learning from a veteran scoring point guard? CP3 won't be around forever. But having more ball handlers is a bad idea? The combinations are endless.

How about trade for Luke for ex-Laker TY Lue and the #8 for the #25?

Penberthy

Mean Girls was a great movie. Your very Cliquey.

You see Lebron James is signing with the Lakers. Paul George is signing with the Lakers.

Kawaii Leonard is not getting traded to the Lakers. Greg Popovich is not just going to give the Lakers a dynasty. he was one of the execs that complained about the Pau Gasol trade so to think he's just going to hand deliver his best player Kawaii Leonard to the Lakers is a joke.

Star players get traded with top draft picks. Lakers have either of those. so if Kawaii gets traded look at teams like the Suns.

if Kawaii wants to sign with the Lakers when he's a free agent fine.

But as far as the Lakers go Brandon Ingram and Lonzo Ball are the Young Building blocks with Kyle Kuzma.

and I keep saying it Thomas Bryant. who will be a force on this team. a stretch big that can shoot spread the floor and run the floor and is only getting better. that's the kind of stuff that gets Lebron James excited.

Your not going to out superstar golden state but if you can put Young players and depth around two star players like Lebron James and Paul George that is something. Lebron already is coming and he'll be here. he likes that he has guys he can play with here.

Lonzo Ball will not take the ball away from Lebron James and Paul George which is perfect for Lebron. Catch and shoot player Paul George great for Lebron.

guys who can get to the Rim penetrate shoot and score Brandon Ingram Kyle Kuzma are great for free agents.

Just to get things on track again... Key dates for us all to focus on... And damnit! They're all so far away!

    June 22 — Draft day.

June 24 — Last day for potential restricted free agents to exercise player options.

June 29 — Last day for decisions on player, team and early termination options, unless individual contracts specify otherwise.

June 30 — Last official day of 2016/17 league year; last day for teams to make qualifying offers to players eligible for restricted free agency.

July 1 — Official start of 2017/18 league year; July moratorium begins. Free agents can begin reaching verbal agreements with teams.

July 6 — July moratorium ends (11:00am CT); teams can begin officially signing players and making trades.

July 13 — Last day for teams to unilaterally withdraw qualifying offers to restricted free agents.

July 15 — Last day for teams to issue required tenders to unsigned first-round picks; those players become free agents on July 16 if not tendered.

August 31 — Last day teams may waive players and apply the stretch provision to their 2017/18 salaries.

September 5 — Last day for teams to issue required tenders to unsigned second-round picks; those players become free agents on September 6 if not tendered.
