Here is the question, with chris paul I think rockets would have won the championship and are built to beat this warriors team. That being said cp3 has never been healthy past May of any year. Do they take the risk and resign him? How many times does he have to go down in the playoffs before he is broken goods? Also he isnt a spring chicken.

The Rockets were missing Chris Paul the last two games, but I believe Golden State would of played the way they did in the 2nd half, anyway, and won, just in less control of the game due to Paul.

Mike also continues to play 6.5 players consistently, which generally is going to drain your team over a playoff series and run. It very much did to Houston, AGAIN. Especially when your team plays at a style like MIke's teams do.

Paul or not, Houston had this coming to them, and Harden had too much on his shoulders against GS.

For the series Harden shot 19/78 from 3s! WOW he tried so hard to like his guys Westbrook. LOL

Oh wow curry and kd play so good when they are on the best team. Do u remember what curry did against the Spurs before Kerr? 3 bad games by his standard including 10-25 in the elimination game. It's tiring when u have to do everything. Point blank period. Kd didn't even have to do everything in okc and he still choked a 3-1 lead to gsw.

If Refs called it right and Rockets had a 20 point lead in the 3th I believe guys like Ariza would shoot with way more confidence and Harden would not be as gassed in the 4th. I hardly believe they would miss 27 3-pts if they had a big lead. Warriors were and are still the better team and they are not the reason Rockets sucked from 3 but you got to wonder how this game would be different if not the missed calls.

Calling it right being every marginal call going Houston’s way and none going GSW’s game.

‘But the refs’ is the call from the losing team’s fans after pretty much any NBA game, including games GSW lose of course.

It would be interesting to see what Houston does from here. Banking on CP3 a year older and a tad more injury prone doesn't seem like the kind of player Morey would invest long term money. May be a 3 year max is in tow and that's being generous.

Good player, but very injury prone. As someone said, what would be remarkable would be him making it through May rather than not doing so.

Also 2:1 GSW with Iguodala and Paul both in and every one calling the GSW juggernaut sweeping the remaining games, 2 close losses pretty much coming down to 1 shot with Paul in and Iguodala out. Iguodala may not be as good as Paul considered as an individual player, but he is integral to GSW being a juggernaut, hence his contract which looks bloated during the regular season, but not in the play-offs.

Not at all what i said.
The 2 no calls from Harden 3's and the missed 4 point play were huge, I'm not complaining about every single wrong call like Capela goaltending for example which was not a momentum changing call imo.

They stopped going to the basket, AND never went hard at Klay to try and foul him out....both very weird. If the Rockets played inside the 3pt line at all in the second half, they probably win the game
