Hence, why likes are a form of rep in forums like realgm and reddit...

Notice all the dumb crap on the general board that gets people likes....

The general board is filled with 13 year olds who knee jerk at everything. no cares about likes. especially here.

FUnny.

So the general board is different than the nets sub on the same website....

Also, I definitely remember likes were used as a form of argument when i first sign on here on this stub.

yes, the general board is very different then the nets board... and many of the team specific forums here. the general board is complete trash, which is why every 4th thread is locked and suspensions are handed out left and right like candy.

if you were here as a fan as a long time contributor and not a troll that would be abundantly clear.

no one cares about likes. im not sure why you are continuing with that its silly.

This board has like 5 people....

Your basically saying the nets stub is better than everyone else in realgm.. When every team stub trashes everyone else...

Everything is all the same. Every stub/website trashes the other and says the same arguments...

When did i even remotely say that? i said the exact opposite, that the team forums here are good, the general board is the place that is trash.

Bro just stop, u sound like a kid now. Like Prok said, if u was a long time Net fan and an lurker on this board like u said, then u would know this board use to be lit and was one of the most active boards... the off season is when alot of fans come back and chat . The General Board is filled with kids that have no clue like you so you would fit right in there. Nobody here cares about likes here, I'm probably the only one that hand out AND1s like it's candy. Go back to the Suns board kiddo .

Also athleticism isn't only jumping. Reading not your forte.

right. as if there really is a competition between Jeremy Lin coming off of a career altering knee injury and 22 year old D'Angelo Russell who is now 100% healthy. every time you hit submit you expose and play yourself dude. we already were hip to the Lin fans that do concern trolling months ago. catch up and do better.

so, lets lay it all out here then. you referred to people on here as "them" when you went over to the suns board and got played.

what team do you really root for? lets clear that up before we go any further.

You know how many injuries Lin has had right and how many times people have said the same thing....

I would understand if the nets were good playoff team, but....

I love how I'm a LIn fan when I've said so many times DLO should be the one and Crabbe the 3, with a new SG... LOGIC..

Don't make me put you in your place again

Yeah, so that's not happening....

I've already informed/reminded you of the steps to take if you believe someone is personally attacking you or trolling the board. If you feel that MrDollarBills has done so, report the post and leave any disciplinary actions to the moderators.

A number of your posts have called the intellectual capacities of other posters into question or have highly charged condescending rhetoric.

There's no place for that here. Forums are for people who are ok with "agreeing to disagree," not telling others how much better you are than them. Defend your beliefs/arguments without haughtiness.

So uh... Back on topic...

Is this the year LeVert fills out and becomes a more consistent finisher in the paint? LeVert has no trouble getting into the lane but watching him bounce around and throw up wacky adjusted shots is painful at times...

When you say finishing in the paint do you mean around the basket?

If so, Caris is already a pretty elite finisher within 3ft of the basket.

In his rookie year, 28.4% of his shots came from within 0-3ft of the basket and he shot 67.6% in that range.
Last year, 31% of his shots came from within 0-3ft of the basket and he shot 65.4% in that range.

His problem isn't finishing around the basket; his problem is shooting outside of 3 feet with consistency. If he improves in the 3-23ft range like RHJ did this past season, his offensive impact would be quite good since he already possesses a good first step and can drive and kick/attack the basket.

BROOKLYN – It’s been just over two months, but Caris LeVert is noticeably bigger than the last time he put on a Nets uniform back in April. “[My offseason] has been good,” LeVert told BrooklynNets.com. “A lot of strength training and conditioning. Just working on my game as a whole.” LeVert’s physical improvement shows just how far he’s come from when he was drafted as a skinny swingman from Michigan. “I’ve been working on my lower body strength, it’s an area where we feel I can improve and will improve my game as a whole. If I can get my legs stronger then that will kind of jumpstart a lot of other areas of my game.” With the NBA Draft coming up this Thursday, LeVert reflected on his draft night experience with BrooklynNets.com. What do you remember from your draft night experience? I remember I was really nervous; I wasn’t exactly sure where I was going to go. I remember I was sitting in the stands, like right behind Isaiah [Whitehead]. It’s kind of cool that we got drafted to the same place. Obviously at that time, I didn’t know where I was going to go, but I was just excited and anxious to see where I was going to go."

I'd have to look up the stats but a lot of LeVert's drives seem to end prematurely because he gets knocked off track and is unable to finish through contact.

I thought he did pretty well finishing versus contact based on the eye test.

And the raw stats back that up. And even if some of the deep Synergy stuff proves that he's missing on most of his drives after contact that is actually INCREDIBLY encouraging, because on a high volume he's already a proven top finisher, meaning if he starts converting on all these failed attempts through contact, he's going to be an unstoppable force, no hyperbole.

Excellent stuff to hear. This is the kind of stuff that is an unquestionable positive and not just nice anecdotal stuff. Like if he's bigger, faster, stronger, there's no denying it's going to help him continue on an upward curve.
