I don't understand the "best case scenario role player" take at all.
He was only a productive scorer for one season at almost 21 years old and he seems like a system player even at the college level.
However, Middleton wasn't even good in college and shot 26% from 3 his junior year, so who knows.
Klay and Khris were both three year guys on worse percentages. It's a roll of the dice for sure, but I don't agree with the take that best case scenario for someone with that skillset isn't good enough.
I wouldn't say not good enough, just not as good as guys like SGA and Miles Bridges. He would be a fine pick at 11 imo, just like Frank was a fine pick, but I think there are other options with more upside that we should be going for.
