I don't watch him much but I've seen him say many times he wants them to do well and is a Suns fan. If he did he's probably like one of us being pissed off just doing it on national television.

Hats off to the Warriors 3 titles in 4 years. Separating themselves from Dream Rockets, Reed Knicks, Zeke’s Pistons, Hondo’s Celtics and Bron/Wade Heat, Kobe’s Lakers...all two time champs. How many more can they get? How far up can they climb will be fascinating to watch. I’ll go out on a limb and predict one more...but getting to 5 will be incredibly hard.
Going hard with a new lease on life!

I think Barkley has done enough to earn his rights to make fun of how terrible Suns were past few years. And he also lives in Arizona so obviously he wants to see them do good. But he had every right to make fun of them because he left everything on the court when he played for PHX. I think everyone respects his effort.

Not so sure about that. They will have no money to sign anybody meaningful (outside of 1-2 old ringchasers/coattailriders).
Plus I don't think that these 3 can put aside their ego as much as the Warriors starting 5.
It would be fascinating to see though for 1-2 years - while we are getting stronger and climbing our way to dethrone them when they are older 3-4 years from now.

I went to the Cavs board to see if ppl in Cleveland were buying the spin from Jame's PR team that he had a "broken" hand. I now have two questions.

1) Why are some team boards here so dead? The Suns board has a gazillion more posts than CLE, despite being terrible for a decade (while they contend for rings).

2) The last post in their game 4 thread has a poster saying that Bron's "broken" hand put an * next to the series. I was about to post "his hand isn't broken, its a contusion" but then I decided that might be just annoying trolling, especially on another team's board. So I didn't post it. I am old and not hip to proper troll etiquette. Would that have been a bad thing to tell them?

I won't get into the Lebron debate. People either love him unconditionally or hate his guts.
But I am bothered by PR teams and the constant spin of every news story out there.

"basically broken" is another way of saying "completely structurally healthy". But since the word "broken" is there, you have the desired effect. No one lied. By saying "basically", you can say anything you want and pass a fact-check. But it certainly is not honest.

Most of the dead boards, at least the ones of good teams, are because they have large online communities elsewhere. I don't know what other forum there is for the Cavs, but there are big ones elsewhere for the Pacers, Pelicans, Spurs, Rockets and probably a few others.

Yeah, that post probably wasn't worth making. More Cavs fans actually probably post on the General Board just because there board is so inactive. That type of response would be more ok there.

About LeBron I actually don't love him or hate his guts. I'm pretty tired of the constant discussion of him...seems like half the threads on the General Board are about him. He's a brilliant player and I could see why people could love him or hate him. I'm somewhat indifferent, but still didn't really want to see the Warriors win, so pulled for the Cavs.
