One trade I would like to see us doing is acquiring Malcolm Brogdon from the Bucks.

Maybe we can send them Warren and #16, and their own pick next season for Brogdon and fillers. Warren would be the perfect Jabari Parker replacement for them and they have the personnel to cover up his defensive flaws. Would have to be like a wild 5 for 1 trade with the Suns then later shipping some of their own players elsewhere for roster space. Something like Warren for Brogdon, Maker, Wilson, Zeller, and Brown.

For the Suns, barring any superstar PG acquisition, Brogdon is the perfect guy to play PG next to Booker. Excellent defender and shooter. Brown is a pretty decent player as well when given minutes.

Their own pick next year is worthless. And Brogdon is a superior enough fit on this Suns roster than Warren that giving him and #16 is well worth it for me.

Unless you were  at the Bucks accepting that roster cause I can see them perhaps seeing scoffing at that offer as TJ Warren isn't really well liked (especially his contract) outside of Suns circles since he isn't capable of doing the either of the two things required in today's NBA which is defense and 3pt shooting.

Gonna agree with McD and say that is far too much value going towards the Bucks. If the Hawks take Young with their pick, I'd offer up the 16th pick and Dudley for Schroder and keep the Bucks pick and Warren.

Scott Bordow has really good info and he said some days ago:

But I would love to trade for Brogdon too. He is an amazing fit next to Booker. Not sure if he is available at all.

The Bucks are in a win now mode. There are not trading Brogdon for picks or similar value.

They probably only would think about trade him in a package for an All Star.

That is a ridiculous overpay for Brogdon.

Might not have to depending on how much the relationship has soured.

Could be a great move, specially if we dont have to give up anything AND get a pick in return.

If the latest NBA Draft net Mock is correct. It goes Ayton, Bagley and Young. Then JJJ, Doncic and Bamba.

Makes me think it could be the Suns have a top 6 pick. They don't talk up 2 or 3 but effectively tall up 4, 5 And 6. Makes me think it's the old we rated them at 2 and got them at 5 line.

Not that I have an issue with any of them but sounds to me like a top 6. Especially given the complete lack of interest in other top 10 prospects.

Or come to Phoenix :)

Aldridge mentioned he thought PG13 would be an excellent fit in Phoenix

Not that he was saying he was going to Phoenix of course

I think he would do well on the Spurs actually -

I asked Bordow about his thoughts if there was a chance McD will try to get a meeting with PG.
His response:

I appreciate Bordows information most of the time, but the dude is snippy. Really makes me miss Coro.

I haven't followed him much. Can he shoot? I think it'll be important that, whoever we get at PF (if not Bender or Chriss) needs to shoot the 3ball well to make up for other players shortcomings that we have.

I'm not going to delve too much into Schroder unless we deal for him but does anyone know why they would not want him?

Said in a German interview that he doesn't want to be there and would prefer to be a part of a team "heading in the right direction", mentioned Indy and Milwaukee. Doesn't want to waste his prime "finishing second last in the East."

Pending felony assault charges.

Doesn't seem to get along with all his teammates. Ownership seem keen to rebuild with a clean slate.

Gotta say no to Schroder, we just got rid of MoBros and their legal problems. Not only is Schroder's attitude and temper questionable but he's also a low BBIQ player. And not a good shooter either. Plus this ridiculous haircut. I'd rather give Elfrid another look. A motivated Payton >> Schroder

agree about Schroeder - would rather Marcus Smart - that much money or say 13m

I think Goran will be the PG of the Suns next year -- at least am hoping - among other players

The Hawks can use their picks with Dennis to another team as far as I am concerned. I don't like his contract either

Maybe a 3 way with Schroder going to the Heat with Goran coming back here? What would it take for that to happen?
