I'd be surprised, but also glad.

I don't think you need a star center and nothing I've seen in the last 7 years since LeBron joined Miami has shown that to be wrong. I think people saying we need to get a center to 'compete' with Capela, Towns, Davis, Gobert etc are a bit behind the times. We could beat those teams by rendering their bigs helpless in the face of offensive versatility and team play which Houston/Boston etc. already do.

Take 1,000,000 threes like the Rockets do and I think it gets even worse for those team's big men. Speaking of which, I also think the Rockets have got it right with the amount of threes they take and their roster construction. That's the trend the NBA will follow (which was started by us and has evolved through GS, Houston etc.), and it will not go back to big men.
