i wouldn't mind it but can't have all those guards on the roster.

Frank/Burke/Mudiay
Thjr/Lee/Walker/Dotson/Baker

and really it was proven last year that none of those guys can play a wing position.

So if Lonnie is the pick I THjr and Lee should be seen the door or there will be a major log jam.

I still would pick MIkal over Lonnie but I would def have the conversation with Lonnie @ #9...

Lee, THJr, Dotson, and Frank played Small Forward at some point last season.

Doesn’t mean they should’ve.

Doesn't mean they can't.

The results of Porter's full medical examination, conducted by the Bulls, were eventually released to all NBA teams. Representatives of multiple teams that reviewed the information with their medical staffs say those results are encouraging.

"There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with him right now," one NBA executive told ESPN.com. "But a conservative doctor could still [be concerned about] what might happen down the road."

League sources say that NBA doctors appear optimistic about his long-term prognosis, and teams will weigh his talent against the inherent risks.

"Everyone is worried about missing out on a star," one NBA executive told ESPN. "No one wants to miss out on another Joel Embiid."

Not good for Porter's stock. But I don't think he could fall past Cleveland at #8 unless its real bad.

crap i hope his draft stock stays high. I don't want us to be in a hard position of having to choose between him and another prospect at #9. I'd rather Mpjr just goes top 8 so another good player falls to us.

I think Lee and THJr. will be traded on draft night, or before the season starts.

Back injuries can lead to hip injuries...which can lead to other lower body injuries down the line. This is bad for MPJr.

I like the Embiid comparison. I can't see Porter dropping because teams drool over upside and him only being 19 the team that takes him can be uber patient with him.

I wonder if this is like a Danilo Gallinari situaton where his bad back and weak core could be leading to injuries in other parts of his body. please pass on Mpjr.

I will say this though, I've been low key following the Harry Giles progress and they seem to have a really good medical staff over there working with him. You know Vivek is connected to all the top doctors in the world  But on a serious not I do give them credit for how they are working with Giles and being patient with him and giving him the best possible trainers to help him get healthy and strong and ready to max out his potential. MPJ going to the Kings might be the best thing for him career wise.

I suggest people watch that dime drop video. Dude shows that Porter cant even Bend Down even when he is healthy. Dude has serious Physical issues that people are glossing over cause he got a Jump Shot.
