Aaron, I sure do miss those Conference Finals appearances that CP3 and Blake led us to, but we'll make it back one day. ;)

I'm starting to see a trend that we'll be doing workouts Monday and Wednesday leading up to next Thursday
If the Clippers win the championship next year I'm getting banned from RealGM

How is his stock going up after a 1 on 0 workout? Now he’s hurt already.

Are teams pretending to like him and his medicals to trick another into overdrafting him?

Too bad. Walker and Knox were the only two players in late lottery I wanted. I don't believe in Sexton, SGA, both Bridges brothers, Zhaire, Robert Willims and Brown.

An interesting story for LAC fans. Today in an interview, a friend from Luka Doncic, who is also his teammate in Slovenian national team, this morning revealed ( probably by accident ), that Clippers want Luka and is a high chance they will trade for him. Apparently they are willing to trade for the nr1 or nr2 pick already.
He knows that because Doncic told him. And there must have been some contact from the Clippers organization with Luka's agent. Clippers could still obviously go in other direction, but reports from a few days ago that Clippers are highly interested in Luka apparently are very true. Will be interesting to see what happens.

Moving three assets for one makes me nervous. #12, #13, and Tobias is a serious trade package, very similar to the one that netted the Pistons Blake Griffin -- a package that most people feel was too steep for Blake, a multiple-time all-star.

But if we're gonna do it, it had better be for Doncic (or Ayton, I suppose, but I don't think there's really any possibility of that). This Michael Porter interest had better be a smokescreen. Something about Porter just doesn't smell right. He has a Ryan Leaf vibe, conducting himself with an arrogance he hasn't earned and that will get in his way.

If the above package is our offer, I'd be all over Atlanta at #3, as I would love to pry the #19 as well. Something like

Harris/#12/#13
for
Miles Plumlee/#3/#19

(I could obviously give a rip about Miles Plumlee, but we have to take back some salary in any trade.)

I’m sure the Clippers want him but I don’t think they have what it takes to trade for him unless Doncic falls to #4. Suns, Kings, Hawks aren’t trying to win right away so the Clippers assets like Tobias, Beverly don’t seem like it would interest them.

Blake’s trade value was reduced because his contract was ridiculous.

I don’t think the Hawks who are rebuilding would want Tobias with 1 year left. The trade value seems pretty even though.

Tobias expires in 2019, Plumlee not til 2020 (not sure if there are any options on that final season), so it actually helps the Hawks beyond just this year. Or maybe they like Tobias and want to keep him, which they'd inherit the bird rights to do. Gives them more flexibility next year, so seems like a win-win for them.

I really hope Robert WIlliams sin't the only "highlight" prospect in todays' workouts. I'm still wondering where the SGA, Walker, * Sexton workouts are. I was thinking Lonnie Walker could have been with us today. I follow his instagram and he's been posting pictures of every city he's worked out for but has been quiet for two days now. But who knows

Hopefully the Logo can get this done.

Doncic now + Giannis in 2021 = the next dynasty once the Warriors fall off.

SGA hasn’t worked out all strangely. He’s been totally MIA.

Sexton has only done individual workouts with teams he considers to have immediate playing time at PG Magic, Cavs, Knicks, Hornets

Walker has only worked out for teams in the 7 - 11 range so far (and the lakers secretly)

Return to Los Angeles Clippers
