I know he didn't say they were interested and only said they could get involved, but now a tweet...

Its because there was numerous Twitter accounts that were posting that the Suns WERE interested and crediting RealGM who in turn was crediting him.

Were and Could be are two entirely different things.

I only saw LegionHoops one and I thought just directly repeated it. It's just odd he rebutted it...him and BSoTS always come up with opinion pieces and they have no real idea what they Suns are going to do or any inside information other than generic stuff the rest of the media gets.

Short PGs are not in tune with how the NBA has changed. Guys like Nate Robinson, Kay Felder etc don't have jobs and are trying hard to somehow make it in the league on minimum contracts. Even JJ Barea only has a role in the league because he can shoot the 3 ball well.

I hope this doesn't become a Morris twins type situation because Ulis and Booker are reportedly super close like brothers. Hope it doesn't become an issue if the Suns brass thinks they can use that extra $$ from Ulis contract elsewhere.

Depends on if they are as petrified as some on the forum about Booker wanting out at some point and think it might have impact. If so, $1.5 million isn't a lot. Then again, if he did want out, it would likely be in a few years time and we are not likely to keep him forever, so who knows?

I'll be a little surprised if they don't guarantee it but don't really care.

1. His father is not allowed within 100 ft. of TSR Arena, and any public comments by him will result in a fine.

2. He is not allowed to shoot anything other than wide open layups or dunks. He is only here for passing. Failure to follow these rules will result in being benched.

I not concerned with Lonzo - its Deng. That contract will just stifle the teams changes of doing anything in free agency to actually IMPROVE the team besides adding Ball and Ayton. Even that - Ball, Booker, Jackson, Bender, Chriss, Warren, Ayton - a very young term. I guess Knight is there. Williams is gone. Chandler or Dudley are there unless stretched.

You mean Parsons and 4 for 16, a future pick Warren and Dudley - something like that?

If healthy - I might be amenable to it. If he is not healthy - that contract is worse then Deng

We are totally down to do it (Depending on what we are giving up).

Would give us a great shot at really jump starting our franchise with the addition of both Ayton and Doncic. I believe they are both Superstar talents and being stuck with Parsons contract is pretty much like paying them what their 2nd contracts would be for their first two seasons, which im totally cool with.

So just look at it like Ayton/Doncic will be getting (separately) $17M their first two seasons instead of the normal rookie scale which is like $7M the first few years. Makes that pill look much easier to swallow, specially if you truly trust your FO/Scouts and really believe in the talent you're drafting.

Trust me, Booker is friends and all with Ulis but winning matters more to Booker. Getting a better PG is not going to phase Booker no matter how close he is to Ulis. Dave King seems like a nice guy and all but damn he has some of the worst suns takes I see besides Gambo. Dave is the main reason I don’t bother with Bright side of the sun. That sight has no value. I get better info reading peoples comments than the actual articles they write over there.

I’ll be honest I get way more value out of reading your guys comments. And most of the time I find info faster here than any other place I go to.

Parsons healthy - HEALTHY - brings value to the Suns especially if the trade is Dudley and Warren for Parsons. The net to the Suns is only what, 14m in year 2 and maybe 4m in year one plus the difference between 4 and 16

If healthy I can take on Parsons for Doncic

which is the opposite of Deng as he is Done-Eng!

I think he could.....or he can be ready to start ring chasing for cheap (Headed to LA to be a better/smarter Smith for Lebron).

He's definitely going to latch on with a contender for cheap

Memphis are not gonna waste a #4 pick on that IMO. I can not see them trading that high pick just for salary.

I like the staff Igor has put together. Experience with Prunty and Corliss Williamson (I think Corliss is going to become best buddies with Ayton Chriss and Bender - a little Sergeant Hulka big toe up their backsides type stuff) Two young guys with Smith and McMIllan

Now as long as Smith or McMillan are not the Suns head coach for like 15 years, maybe 10 :) - even better

Seems like most Hornets fans don't think they will trade Kemba unless they get an offer they just can't refuse or he asks out, but he's currently building a house there and has said he likes it.

I just decided to inquire on their forum since I hadn't heard anything regarding Kemba outside of here and BSoTS other than earlier in the season when it was mentioned they could use him to dump big contracts...then Jordan said he didn't want to trade him unless it was for a star, like Kawhi Leonard.

Is the follow deal attractive to the Grizzlies - IF Doncic is there at 4

Warren or Dudley (depends on if they want expiring or a potential productive player); Williams, Ulis, 16, 31 and Bucks
-- if its Dudley, they save 41m in cash ; if it Warren, they save 27m in cash

for Parsons and 4

Suns cap space would be limited - my guess, well under 10m - but enough to sign a guy for one year - but you have Doncic and Ayton . And if Parsons is healthy - the team needs his three point shot4

it worked under Real GM trade checker:
