Bulls at 7: Lopez Asik for Parsons is a match cap wise - and both of those are expiring or buyout candidates so possibility there

Cavs at 8: Love for Parsons and 4; Cavs have two top 8 picks

Dallas at 5: has Wes Matthews - which is expiring - would need to add a couple million probably to add but that's one spot

good call on the Bulls

We are totally down to do it (Depending on what we are giving up).

Would give us a great shot at really jump starting our franchise with the addition of both Ayton and Doncic. I believe they are both Superstar talents and being stuck with Parsons contract is pretty much like paying them what their 2nd contracts would be for their first two seasons, which im totally cool with.

So just look at it like Ayton/Doncic will be getting (separately) $17M their first two seasons instead of the normal rookie scale which is like $7M the first few years. Makes that pill look much easier to swallow, specially if you truly trust your FO/Scouts and really believe in the talent you're drafting.

Memphis are not gonna waste a #4 pick on that IMO. I can not see them trading that high pick just for salary.

Is the follow deal attractive to the Grizzlies - IF Doncic is there at 4

Warren or Dudley (depends on if they want expiring or a potential productive player); Williams, Ulis, 16, 31 and Bucks
-- if its Dudley, they save 41m in cash ; if it Warren, they save 27m in cash

for Parsons and 4

Suns cap space would be limited - my guess, well under 10m - but enough to sign a guy for one year - but you have Doncic and Ayton . And if Parsons is healthy - the team needs his three point shot4

it worked under Real GM trade checker:
https://basketball.realgm.com/tradechecker/saved_trade/7070388

But Memphis wants to have a pick back in the high lottery.

What they want is to trade #4 and Parsons for #9...for example.

Love doesnt have that value.

Memphis wants usable assets (Usable players or picks that can land them players they want). They arnt going to trade it for Expiring players just to shave an extra year off Parsons deal. Thats why they need a team with an abundance of cap space too, so they are taking back less money than they are sending out.Free up capspace this season as well as next season.

and the bulls will have plenty of cap space. suns can only give them 15m of relief this year - bulls might be able to do more than that - like all of it or 20m of it - PLUS a higher pick this year

that makes sense

To have a chance on Pick 4.

Suns may have to do 3 way or a trade for Pick 8...

Cavs need youth after LeBron bolts...

Give them Chriss, Pick 16, Pick 31, Pick 2019 top 5 ptotected...for Pick 8

Trade Pick 8 and Bender for Pick 4 and Parsons

Suns can freely draft JJJ or Doncic and play them as big forwards next Ayton

Another guy that doesn't play good defense - but might be an interesting option at PG. My guess, this would mean the Suns would not get Doncic

I'm pretty sure we are taking Ayton. And none of those Grizzlies scenarios are realistic for what we have to offer imo. Maybe if they LOVED Jackson and we offered him, but they probably prefer Doncic or someone else in this draft. I won't be surprised if Doncic goes 2 or 3 anyway.

Funny I hadn't seen this but saw Taj's post on the other thread and thought "cue people starting to ignore that these guys are available for a top 10 pick into - should Suns trade __________________ for Lowry?"

Teodosic missed 37 games last season, due to a foot injury, and his health is one of the main concerns behind Clippers' decision, a source told Sportando. The team would love to add a younger player in that position and fear that Teodosic's foot issue won't be fixed easily, sources told Sportando.

What a shame...he is a really talented PG.

Suns don't have a top 10 pick - they have 16 as we all know

If I am using the 16 for a PG signed for two years - its going to be Goran Dragic.

now if the RAptors want cap relief- the Suns could Dudley Chandler and Williams for Lowry - that saves the Raptors a bit of money this year and a lot of money next year

Well they did have the best record in the east, so it doesn't sound like a smart trade for them.
