He has been working out non stop since the wnd of the season. I was disappointed with him this season, but he was also injured a lot. So proud to see him work hard. Victor Oladipo effect?

It was easy to see that he took the season ending as hard as anyone. I had hoped he'd use it for motivation and here he is. Already producing results. I'm stoked and am completely ready to see him break out next year.

Vic has done so much for this franchise both tangibly as well as intangibly. A culture.

He's going for the Most Improved Player award next season!

He's also done this in between the Celebrity Softball Game, Booker's basketball camp, and his own basketball camp in Texas. Dude is definitely working hard.

I've been up and down on him at times, but I still believe in Turner. If he truly works on the things he knows he needs to, the sky is the limit. He absolutely can pull an Oladipo.

Turner should be congratulated for the work he is putting in. No doubt about it. On the other hand, am I the only one bothered by his "before" picture? He just completed a full NBA season. Shouldn't his body have been in better shape than the "before" picture shows just from going through the rigors of the season? What am I missing here?

Anyway, if he can make that change in his body, does it also reflect a change in his mental approach to his job? His level of dedication? It would seem to me that it does. Hopefully this reflects a change in how he understands what he needs to do and how serious he takes things now.

had a breakfast meeting this am and so caught a bit of Grady and Big Joe driving home. Grady was all over the before picture. Big Joe had an offensive lineman attitude to the whole notion of low body fat pictures and was more concerned with lower body strength.

personally, I wonder if like Victor he's getting faster in which case maybe the answer to how he and Damos coexist may turn out to be Turner at the 4.

Joe has a point. One of Turner's weaknesses was in getting pushed around in the paint.

We've also heard that his off-season routine includes boxing. That should help his agility and fits in with what you are saying

Joe didn't think much of the boxing, but Grady pointed out that it develops balance.

Oladipo was a little more defined than Myles, but it's a really similar before & after. Hopefully we see similar results.

Looking great.

Much better a bit late than never and no doubt that Vic has that kind of influence on teammates.

It can help him a lot.
