No. Ship out Lopez and Felicio. Go with Lauri, Bobby and Bamba as the frontcourt.

But if you guys think you are getting anything close to an average offensive player for the first two and a half years, you are buying in to the hype too much. Hopefully, he will enter the league hungry and sticking to his role (defense, rebounding, screening, rim running, etc). But just because draft videos list his potential at developing a three point shot doesn't mean he actually can hit them at plus percentage or quantity. Again, I love the kid. But you are getting Theo Ratliff for the first year or two and then... maybe.. if he works super hard.. you get a little Brad Miller offensive game out of him. But even that would take a ton of work. Theo Ratliff defense with Brad Miller offense is an all star. But some of you are acting like Bamba is going to be Porzingus on offense from summer league on. And thats just not where this kid is at right now.

Nobody is acting like that.....AT ALL

We're rebuilding, we have plenty of time to watch the kid develop his offense.

I think you and I are on the same page, that we have plenty of time to develop whoever is drafted tomorrow. As for your insinuation that my claim that some are overreacting was an overreaction... there are people discussing Bamba playing the 4. There have been other comments about his great low post game. There have been multiple claims that he is a "unicorn" who can guard the rim like Gobert and then hit threes on the other end. I was just pointing out that he is super raw offensively, and showed a Mutumbo like offense at Texas. I do think he is going to be a real nice player. And that there are not many better situations he could step in to than here in Chicago.

It would have the added benefit of Parsons dead money saving GarPax from themselves this offseason.

Unless Doncic is flat out telling the Grizzlies he doesn't want to be there, I don't think there's much chance they pass on the opportunity to draft him.

With Doncic, they could become the next small market dynasty, similar to the Spurs.

How? Marc Gasol is 33 nor is he a HOFer like Tim Duncan.... nor do they have a Pop

I agree. youre going to need a lot more than Doncic, Conley, and 33 year old Marc Gasol before you start throwing out words like Dynasty.

Nobody wants to play for this franchise and they are a disaster financially.

My day just got a million times better waking up to the KC article. But now I'm just setting myself up for failure when they won't be able to strike a deal. Do whatever it takes to get Mo Bamba!

Bulls can ship them all out as far as I am concerned. None of them are big picture players. Lay the foundation before you build. Portis, Lopez, Falicio….these guys wont be around in a few years. We are overvaluing them right now because we view them as our trading chips. Get the guy who is gunna make an impact for the next decade or so.

Agreed. Bobby, for all his faults, is still only 23 and showed a lot of growth last season. He can score, and that is a very coveted commodity, esp. for a big man. And he's a gamer who gives the team some toughness, which we need.

Something tells me the real draft target wouldn’t be leaked through the official reporter of the Chicago Bulls.

Very exciting time, can't wait for tomorrow night.

I think this is an extremely interesting draft. IMO it's very hard to say for sure that Ayton will be better than Bamba, JJJ better than WCJ, Doncic better than MPJ. There are a ton of prospects with a lot of talent and most of them have obvious questions.

Bamba or MPJ for me, in that order. I think it's realistic for either to be the best player in this draft and I think Bambas floor is still a valuable player. I like his ball handling and shooting form a lot, if he can meet his potential in those areas he will be a star. MPJs floor is being an injury prone scorer, but still too much potential to pass on if he is available.

I could be easily convinced to get excited about Doncic, I just don't think he will be available and don't know enough about him to make a fair judgement.

WCJ or M. Bridges could step in and contribute right away. I'd be happy with these players, but not ecstatic.

For some reason I just don't really see it with JJJ. I guess I'd be fine with him based on potential, but I seem to the only one that doesn't love him. I don't want Trae at all.

Long story short, I'm excited and am confident that I will be somewhere between ecstatic (Bamba or MPJ) and happy (WCJ, M. Bridges).

Michael Porter is among four high school players who have ever won the trifecta awards - National High School Player of the Year, Naismith Prep School Player of the Year, Gatorade High School Player of the Year. The other three are Alonzo Mourning, Dwight Howard and LeBron James. This is quite a group to be a part of. So, when Porter says his game is a combination of Durant, McGrady and Antetokoumpo, please allow him to state his case because he is on the trajectory of stardom.

Regarding the poll question- why not put Bamba in the mix? Would make it more interesting. Porter is running away with the voting as it is.

This is what I’m thinking also they want to make a big splash in this draft. If they trade for #4 and Bamba and Doncic are available who would they pick? Damn thats a hard choice

Doncic....

It's funny...the NBA has moved towards a more skilled game as opposed to size just dominating and now the world is kind of forgetting that and getting infatuated with big athletes again. I love Bamba and would be excited if we drafted him but I don't understand how anyone is passing on Doncic with his current skill level at his age.

Don't worry he will go on to be one of the best bigs in the game and the Bulls will just sign him at age 34.

Exactly. As long as he doesn't punch Bamba in the face (or Lauri). lol

The Bulls are trading up if only they believe they don't have a shot at Porter. He is their guy and everything else has been smokescreen. When you see KC Johnson leaking stories about how bad the Bulls want Bamba, you Have to believe he is part of the conspiracy. KC is the mouthpiece of the Bulls front office when they want to get things done. He won't leak a damn thing unless they want him to.

I don't think it matters much at all seeing how the top 3 teams most likely aren't drafting Bam Wagon
