Lonzo?

LOL I'd trade a Bledsoe package including our 17th pick to give Lonzo a shot in Milwaukee.

He averaged 7 rebounds and 7 assists per game playing for a garbage team. Give him Giannis and Mids and with another year or two of growth he could average 15/9/7 I think. I will take that ALL DAY from my PG. Ideally we would like a little more scoring out of that position but he would be much better than what we have had at PG in the past since idk, as long as I can remember (maybe the few games Jennings was good)..

My planting the flag guys are - Miles Bridges, Brown Jr, and Vanderbilt. Guys I'm against are are Ayton and ... . "thank God I don't have make a real decision on" Bamba. Also, I can't wait to laugh at the team that drafts Knox. And...for the love of all things holy... I don't understand why Luka isn't going #1.

Based on Chad Ford's tier system

Tier 1
1. Doncic

Tier 2
2. JJJ
3. Bagley
4. Ayton
5. Porter
6. Miles Bridges
7. Young

Tier 3
8. Williams
9. Mik Bridges
10. Bamba
11. Carter

Tier 4
12. Brown Jr.
13. Vanderbilt
14. SGA
15. Z Smith
16. Sexton
17. Huerter
18. Divincenzo
19. Walker
20. Okobo

2nd round targets
#1 Duval
#2 Hall
#3 Brunson

I just finished Lowe Post podcast with Givony and everyone seems to be completely puzzled as to why these lousy teams are all running scared from Luka. Especially Givony.

Yep, I seriously cant understand it. Hes a generational talent, like the type of talent you build a roster around. There isnt 1 other prospect in this class with a more complete all around game than Luka, not even Ayton imo.

I am chalking it up to a smoke screen at this point. The Sun's hire the Slovienan national coach and then not take Luka?? What the hell? Maybe they are trying to pull a Celtics with Fultz/Tatum trade down move. Or Vlad has some weird Slovenian racist bias against him.

If Luka falls to #4.. we need to call up Memphis and trade Mid + Thon + Brogs #17 for Parsons + #4

Thats alot to give up for a guy that doesn't have a quick first step, isn't very athletic, and is an average defender especially against quick PG's. I wouldn't do that trade. if I'm trading up to #4 its for Bamba or Carter. Otherwise I would rather just move up to like #8 and take Trae Young or Gilgeous-Alexander if you are going for PG...

Musa is as sure a thing offensively as exists at 17. I hope he’s the pick.

I know this is crazy talk but maybe they chose their coach based on his actual coaching skills? And Vlad has to be racist for not taking an european guy. This is embarassing.

How? His main offensive contribution is his jumper and that isn't at an NBA level yet. I don't mind Musa at our pick, but he's far from a sure thing. He's still 18. If he was, he'd be a lottery selection for sure...

That is also unjust. Musa is an 18 year old player. You're not going to take into account all HS stats from guys who played last season in college. And Musa is playing versus grown men. He's 35% from 3 and 76% from the line.

I’m already getting angry thinking about the Bucks picking Jerome Robinson tomorrow, seems like there’s too much smoke.

I need help.

Fans. Media.

When you're an NBA GM you have basically landed the dream job of every middle aged male in the western world. The main concern is to NOT LOSE THAT JOB at any cost, everything else is secondary, including your team.

Risk of losing job if you pick Doncic 1st and he busts: high.
Risk of losing job if you pick Ayton 1st and he busts: low.

As simple as that really.

At this point I’m narrowing my list down to guys I do not want the Bucks to take. The draft is deep enough at 17 that there are more good options than bad IMO.

My do not want list is :

Mitchell Robinson
Okobo
Jerome Robinson
Lonnie Walker

I just don’t trust any of those 4 to be NBA players.

I’d like Vanderbilt or Robison if the Bucks secure a 2nd first round pick.

I actually have no opinion one way or the other on the guy but I believe I read that 31% is on 400-500 attempts. So no, it is in fact just. Same scrutiny i will give any prospect.

Can't believe I'm saying this but I think I'd like to grab Grayson Allen if we trade back or buy an early second.

It's not just. Musa has been playing professionally (that means versus fully grown men) since he was 16 years old. If you want to be just, take his current year. Plenty to rip on him still. I don't see you using HS stats from players that have attended college.
