I could see Pop and Spurs looking to move on quickly if he goes hard public like this. I could see a draft night three way trade that nets Spurs Ingram, Deng, #25 and whatever they could get from Team 3 for Lonzo Ball for Leonard and fodder contracts.

Lakers give up Ingram, Ball, #25 and Deng for Leonard seems like a fair price.

That's what I expect too Kawhi is pushing to LA to tank the value from other offers and force the Spurs hand, something like:

Spurs out- Kawhi
Spurs in- Ingram / Marvin Williams / pick #25

I think Ingram is going to be the single best piece available to the Spurs, I believe the Hornets are going to rebuild and Lonzo is the best piece they'll get for Kemba. Hornets save some money, even though they take in Dengs deal, if they are rebuilding they don't really need Williams. Williams seems like the type of smart vet Pop would like, with Pop suggesting an imminent retirement and them being a 50 win team without Kawhi, I don't think they go full rebuild.

The Lonzo - Kemba swap can be a handshake deal completed after the Lakers sign Lebron & George. Ripping it down to Kawhi / Lonzo / Kuzma gives enough cap space to get Lebron & George very close to their maxes, then Lonzo gets swapped for Kemba (doing it before costs Lebron & George about $4 mil combined.)

I can see Ball to Charlotte, but think Kemba goes to SA in this three way. Kemba and Kawhi for Ball, Ingram, #25 and dumping Deng is too much return for LAL.

I don't think so. I believe if Leonard gets traded to Boston this whole "Lakers Headline" thing will vanish. Lebron will go to Houston and George will re-sign in OKC.

Also you're really downplaying the Hollywood scene. You know how cool it is to be in LA and randomly see superstars of music, movies, opportunities left and right, most beautiful women in the world coming at you, playing for the most successful organization next to Boston. I mean I'd go to LA too haha. But it'd be interesting to go to New York too. I'd rather go there because they suck and my legacy would be more meaningful without the championship expectations. But LA's got the weather and it's less hectic.

The thing is, Lebron wants to win a ring now. If he went to Boston he wouldn't have Paul or Harden. I honestly believe he wants to play with those two before he ends his career. I think I'm getting off topic, lol.

Like others have said, there is now way the Spurs accept a trade offer sent around this. The idea that we would be in a position to trade for Kawhi regardless of the Blake trade is absurd.
