Doing the mock, I have a hard time seeing one of the top 3 point guards not falling to 15 or 16. But I guess Cleveland could take one. Mikal Bridges just makes so much sense there to me, and could work immediately with LeBron if they somehow could keep him. Their D is terrible.

Well, never mind...as I just typed the above a guy came on tv and said they are looking at exactly the top 3 playmakers lol and named Shai, Trae and Sexton. My bad.

This is what mine currently is:

I had Lonnie Walker in there and then realized since I had Knox in there that Miles Bridges wasn't even in there. It's kind of crazy...16 feels like one spot off of having a very good prospect slide that far.

I think if Miles Bridges is there at 16 we'd be dumb not to take him.

Man I hate Aaron Holiday at #16. That's such a reach.

Plus if we draft him there it means we're going to cut Ulis and probably renounce Payton. I've said it an bunch of times but I'll keep banging the drum - outside of Doncic and Young none of these point guards are worth drafting in the top 25. I'd so much rather take a shot at Duval at #31.

Payton can't cost more than 8 million a year at this point, and there's no way he would turn down 2 years 20 million and a chance to start. I'd much rather have him at those prices than Holiday at 16.

Probably just wishful thinking but I'm convinced we're moving up into the top 8 somehow. Not sure who we're after. Just seems like the top 8 or 9 guys are all potential all stars and I think McD is gonna go as hard as he can this draft.

Edit: and he is going to somehow do it without getting rid of any of our promising young guys. Maybe by taking on a bad contract. 3 way with Lakers and Cle maybe something like that.

What if it was live and McD has his day wrong and ends up sleeping through the start of the draft, missing our time limit and allowing 11 teams to draft before us before waking up??!?!?!?!?!? :o :o :o :o

I've already gone through the daydream of us not making our pick in time. Not being THAT late though.

Seriously I have enough anxiety already. Please say only happy things. Im stressin hard.

NOPE, zero chance.

This must have aired 48 hours ago.....and he said his usual "We will leave people in suspense the next 72 hours...we've narrowed it down to 5 players...4 we worked out (and named them) and Doncic..who we've been paying close attention to.....we think sometimes there are drafts where there might not even be a clear cut guy at the top, but this year we feel any of these 5 would be a worthy choice and we just hope we pick the right one"

Then they asked him if he had considered trading it....and he said his usual "Less likely than likely and we have had conversations and would consider it for a number of players if they were solid contributors, young, under control, healthy, fit in with our team...and with all those caveats that makes the list very small and we haven't had any traction on anything....so the overwhelming odds are is that we keep and make the pick"

Or something like that.

Its weird they would rerun a show like that the night before the draft. There isn't anything new to talk about? Not enough content? Budget cuts?

Is there any indication Brooklyn wants to move DLO or is this DLO talk just our normal every so often mention of how we should trade little for him, despite the fact Brooklyn took on like $54 million or something to get him and he was injured much of his first year with them.

I don't see them just moving them. I've heard talk they might move Dinwiddie, who I didn't think they'd move, but that makes more sense considering they didn't invest a lot into him and have DLO and Lin.

Also, out of the 188 total entries in the mock draft competition, I've noticed one person has two. No one should have two.

They just had this running on espn and I thought it was pretty good. I know some are tired of hearing about Luka, but that should die down very quickly. But a good watch, particularly if you don't know much about him..

Holiday is a total smokescreen. The Suns put out the info that if they go big at one that they would focus on PG at 16. Then they allow the publicizing that Holiday is the only prospect we brought in a second time. People are actually buying all this? No freaking way Holiday is on the radar at 16. If it is kept, I want Jerome Robinson.

I agree. But looking at the Nuggets depth chart, i feel like they really need to go guard, and while im not a fan of Walkers at all and have no idea why he is as high on mocks as he is, i think thats who they end up taking.

Same here. I had been keeping that tab open for days, but with a router reset it brought me back to the OG page with no way of accessing my previous mock.

I see 4 with 2 mocks:

I understand we're likely going to pick Ayton with the #1, but I have to be honest, it will disappoint me if the Suns pass on this kid - he's the real deal. I can see why people want Ayton - it's every team's dream to have a franchise center. I just see so many red flags - I'm nervous. If Ayton is a Sun, I hope to hell I'm wrong and Ayton becomes the next David Robinson/Ewing - because I don't think opportunities to get a winner like Luka come around to often.

How do you even see that? I don't know how to delete, but batsmasher surely can, and we can always use the most recent one because their are timestamps. But when you do one, it gives you somewhere to click to get a link to save it and go back. I just emailed myself the link and have changed it a few times.
