From our perspective, but I think from other's Henson is easier to deal for a full clearance right now due to backup centers being over-priced and considering he was an adequate starter this season.

Henson has a larger cap hit each year, by about 2 and then 1 million. That little amount may factor into it.

This came up in a discussion -- does anyone know the reason behind having the draft before free agency?

I'm all for getting Delly off the books but I'm leery of what the plan is for that cash.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

This reeks of Delly/17 for Schroeder/19.

Edit: Money doesn't work, but still.

It certainly points you in the direction we are adding a PG somewhere, somehow.

Or just keeping Jennings.

How about:

Atlanta get:
#17 + Delly + Snell

Milwaukee get:
Schröder + #30

His contract is declining.

DeAndre Jordan of course. I know the players aren't ideal for this team but I would be excited if we landed Kemba AND DeAndre in the offseason...

Yep, and that would make another team more happy than it not declining. I'm looking at it from the perspective of the other team and who I'd rather have if I picked one.

If Doncic fell to 4 would MIL dare to do something like bledsoe, jabari(or Henson) + 17 for parsons and 4?

Would you? I'd do to immediately. Don't know about MEM

I'd do it immediately as well, which means I'm guessing MEM would not.

I don't think Jabari and Henson are equivalent in value. Even if you don't think jabari will ever be anything more than a volume scorer.

Memphis wouldn't do that trade, and we can't trade jabari until FA starts regardless i'm pretty sure.

Oh, you mean larger than Delly. I think the difference is only ~100k the 2nd year.

May I interest you in a big man that averaged 16/12 last year and is nicknamed Superman?

~800K with all his incentives. This may not make a difference to another team and would be happy to have Snell gone first obviously but I don't think the Bucks really will be able to demand one over the other with their "assets".

Does that mean we trade Delly and keep Jennings/Rookie?

Why keep Jennings? Still have Bledsoe, Brogdon, and possible drafted player.
