They didn't exactly steal Lowe more so they just kept him after shutting down grantland (a decision that is looking really dumb imo).

ESPN also made a mistake aquiring draftexpress then hiding most of it's content behind the insider paywall.

huge mistake taking the former information from Ford and Stein and putting it behind a pay wall

I also wonder why they got rid of the Chat Wraps - those were pretty popular - unless just total expense. When they had NFL coverage, just the division reporters - I read most every division and got to like some of the beat writers. Pelton does a two hour chat - or used too.

Dwight Howard wants a buyout in Brooklyn already lol

Hopefully we sign him so he can mentor Ayton.

Maybe the Hornets asked and he said "NO" to a buyout but I am not sure taking on a another year of Mozgov is worse than paying luxury tax this year. It seems like they cancel each other out over the two years But this is the team of Jordan and Kupchak running the show - but jeez.

Did they call the Pacers about Marvin Williams for Al Jefferson since Thad Young declined his option

Did they call around on Lamb to see if anybody would take him for 7m

Seriously - call me! :D WE all know I would do Dudley for Marvin!!

Yeah I think they will decline the option. But it wouldn't shock me if he came back on a small one year prove your healthy type deal.

I have a soft spot for Al just because he played at UCSB and was always super nice to everyone on campus, but 5 mil is a tad expensive. He's worked really hard to get here though.

I'd rather buyout tyson. I think Al will provide more than tyson next year on the court.

Im split. I love Big Sauce, but i also feel like Chandler really could help Ayton develop on the defensive end. I think that should be Chandlers job this season. Hell, i wouldnt mind buying him out and hiring him to join the coaching staff to work on D with the Bigs. Supposedly he absolutely loves it here in AZ, so who knows.

Yeah he seems like a great guy and someone they wouldn't mind having around. It's unfortunate he got hurt because I think he was in line for big minutes last year. But the cold reality is he did get hurt and didn't look great when he came back so they will probably want to have the cap flexiblilty. But like I said it wouldn't shock me if he came back on a smaller contact.

Speaking of guys who got hurt and didn't look good I've seen fans say they will decline Reed's option, I doubt it. They spent a good pick on him and I would imagine will give him a chance to get healthy and make the team. His contact is small and if he can get his shot back his skillset is valuable.
