All for it. Get Ayton and use our assets and get Doncic. Dream scenario and not as unlikely as people think. Just gotta bring it.

If a team isn't high on Doncic, but doesn't want to risk it either on Young or Bamba, they very well might try to punt for our next year's unprotected and Miami's unprotected.

Stranger things have happened.

It would allow them to tank for next year's as well.

Team has said, it wants to make impactful move, here’s their chance. Getting blessed by lotto gods finally doesn’t count ethier and Doncic is much better than most possibilities out there that are capable of being seen and linked to ( FA PGs, wings or PF)

Did they bring up Croatia winning in the world cup because they thought Luka was from Croatia?

I think so. ESPN is pathetic.

If we beat six teams for number 3, I’ll be ecstatic. I prefer JJJ with Ayton, but if we crush the hopes of six teams, most of which are in the West, that would be straight trolling. We would be predators.

This is our night.

Okay guys. I haven’t posted at all lately, content with lurking... but need to give my last minute view on the draft. (Watching it from my AirBnb in Harlem on vacation)

Doncic, or Ayton, happy with either. Maybe 55-45 in favour of Doncic, but think both would ve great for us.

At 16, i dont mind who we take

Got my fried chicken, mozerella stick, fried chicken, pints of beers, and my TV and ready to watch the draft!!

I also heard a rumor that we were thinking about getting giving up a bunch to also snag Doncic. Apparently our new coach wants him badly. McDonough over ruled him on Ayton, but if we can pair Doncic with Booker and Ayton....**** might go down.

I can see why they wouldn't want to. Wes is expensive, but expiring and Bazemore's contract is absolutely ludicrous. But I feel like sometimes when your team just needs so desperately to add talent that you should go for it, especially if you're not going to be attracting any expensive free agents anyway (and the Mavs aren't).

The same goes for the Grizzlies. If I'm them, who gives a damn about Parson's contract? Draft your rookie so you can start getting talent for the future right now.

The problem with this is frankly we are missing a good point guard one of the most important position for the modern NBA. I would rather run Chriss or Bender then to continue to run the point guard we have been running this year.
Just say no to idiots!!

Just for the record-

Swayed back and forth from teams Dončić and Ayton since the lottery. By a slim margin I'd pick Doncic (and then try like heck to trade up for Bamba)

Picking Dončić would still come with some concerns for me, but in the end, I think he would help more in the W-L column overall as the years go by. Feel he's simply a better basketball player, and the Suns need BBIQ more than anything or any positional need right now.

Ayton (who the Suns will pick) will do fine or very possibly better than fine. He'll put up great numbers from from the get-go. DeAndre will be a great addition to the line-up and help move the Suns up the ladder, but again I'd take Luka mostly for what I think he's going to offer a team between the numbers.
