GM Bud would've taken Doncic and kept him...

GM Bud would have never tanked on purpose.

And he would have taken JJJ

I was alive and still remember it clearly as it was yesterday.

Said it long ago that I was fearing an Young obsession from Schlenk, I was hoping to be wrong...

First point maybe. I disagree about JJJ. Doncic is PERFECT for Bud ball.

This better mean they have another trade to move up by trading Dennis and another pick. Not forcing Dallas to give us an unprotected pick was stupid.

That Dallas pick wont be worth squat. Dallas are going to be FA players. Cousins and Marcus Smart on their radar.

Exactly, ATL isn’t getting nothing back with the 3rd pick. I’m okay with Young but Dennis has to be traded tonight, if not it’s a complete choke job by ATL.

I'm not upset at all. We may have ended up with the better player in all honesty. If we could nab Porter, I think we make out like Bandits

Teams are really worried about Porter's back from the looks of it.

At this point, we can wait and see on him. More than likely we'll be back in the top 3 again, so why not take the risk?

This is like the first time I accurately predicted draft results.

I know I'm in the minority but I really am not mad at this. I hate people acting like Young has no chance. Would I have loved Luka? Of course but I think Schlenk has a plan for our remaining picks and a knockdown scorer is something the Hawks just never have. Believe in Young guys.
