Love his game, like seriously. Reminds me of a more put together Trevor Ariza or less talented Paul George.

I like what I think he'll bring off the court as well. Seems like a culture-building guy, great character and is willing to do the dirty work.

He can really shoot it, I don't love the fit or the trade. Him I like, but I think we could have done better with the assets we had. Maybe Jackson will play 4, idk, but I don't see the fit, outside of Ayton all we have is wings. Not loving the move even though I think he is going to be a good player.

Won't mention the trade that got us the pick but the pick itself is fantastic. I've mentioned in the past at #16 and with a bunch of young guys already on the roster, I want someone who's a bit older but more proven and more ready to contribute even if it means his ceiling is a little lower. Bridges is exactly that guy. He defends well, shoots the 3 ball, has excellent size at the wings, doesn't turn the ball over much and he's athletic. He's a great pick at where we got him and he was a guy I didn't think much about because he wasn't quite talented enough for the top 5 but also too talented to get to us at #16 so I'm super happy we drafted him.

I think drafting him precludes a TJ Warren trade unfortunately. As much as I like TJ, I really do think he's just too limited defensively and from a shoot perspective to have a real impact at the next level. Bridges, on the other hand, is an excellent glue guy who's competent on both ends of the court and actually posted more efficient numbers in college than TJ so I have high hopes for the kid.

OK I don't really like him there. Unless it's spot minutes at the 4

Gotta be running Booker at point? Booker/Jackson/Bridges/?/Ayton

swing a sign and trade around Warren for someone like Gordon?

Fair point. Different front office but I remember Kendall Marshall was once "our guy all along"

But really, bridges will be fine. He's perfect for any team with his shooting and defense.

The Suns aren’t done.

McDonough sees him as the next Kawhi(significantly higher than 10), most people as a role player. Those are the picks to define how good a GM is.

Giving up that heat pick is scary because of the unknown.

Really really like Bridges as a player. Type of guy winning teams need. He'll play great team d and knock down an open shot. Does a ton of little things you need.

Love his fit with ayton. This is important considering they need ayton to be a star. The best way to use ayton is to play as many long versitle dudes around him that can hit 3s and not clog the paint.

Bottom line he should contribute and play big minutes next season. I'm stoked to see him play.
