Re: Welcome Mikal Bridges!
But his release point is really special, and his basic form is intact. And with his long arms and elevation, his release point is worth mentioning twice. It is really really special.
Living off borrowed time the clock ticks faster...

I hope it’s nothing that Kokoskov can’t fix.
I wouldn't try to "fix" anything if he's making them. That's what Fultz' personal coach (or whoever that guy was) did, even though Fultz was a great shooter in college.
Fultz had a shoulder injury which changed his shot entirely. I don’t think Bridges has any injuries yet.
I think it's fairly common knowledge that was more the excuse than the real reason. His personal coach tried to change his shot. They later called it a shoulder injury when things looked so funny.
It's pretty apparent he lost his confidence. Even when word got out that it was more of a mental issue he tweeted something about not being able to trust anyone.

I think he did have an actual shoulder injury and then some assistant coach or trainer on the Sixers tried to change his form while he was recovering from it.
I don’t care about his form or shot if he can knock em down at a good clip.

Re: Welcome Mikal Bridges!
Not worried at all about his shot. Him bringing the ball up on his left side just shows me that he is left eye dominant. Kinda like yo boy Qwiggz

I mean I guess it depends on your definition. Dude's consistent with the occasional white hot streak. Some people need to handle the ball more to find their balance - not him. You can call it whatever you want but he'll make threes a killer clip, whether or not he had to work to get there.
That's the most frustrating thing about Knight, he likes to dribble the ball before he shoots - I'm happy if Bridges can just catch and shoot.
SHAZAM!
Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Knight also likes to take one dribble forward (so that his foot is on the line) to take long 2s.

Re: Welcome Mikal Bridges!
Bridges catch and shoot is excellent. Knight definitely tends to dribble the ball as soon as he gets it, even if he was wide open on a three pointer. It's like he wants to flash some kind of jaw-dropping ball handling skills before he pulls up. The thought of a Bridges, Booker, Bender catch and shoot three have me excited.

As long as he gets the ball up quickly off catch and shoot and it goes in regularly who cares what it looks like right?

The thing is did he change how he shoots or is it same? If it is same then yeah there is nothing to concern.

One Film workout in offseason isn't enough to judge. Similar to how Mo Bomba looks amazing in a gym with no one guarding him. Let's see what happens with the lights on in real time game action.
I really like the idea of a Booker/Bridges/Jackson/Bender/Ayton super long lean fluid lineup. I think we should roll with that alot

My favorite college bball player right here. The year after you guys drafted my favorite college player (JJ). Gotta admit, I'll be DVR'ing PHX on League Pass now.
