This probably happens ultimately, but the Brow may never come. Having a chance at Kyrie, Hayward, Leonard, Tatum, Horford sounds pretty nice.

You do realize that Kawhi (obviously healthy) is in the same category as Davis, maybe even a tier above him? Don't let this injury season fool you, Kawhi is a special player. I hate his entourage and what happend this season, but Kawhi as a player is a freakin beast.

If Kawhi doesn't want the "paparazzi atmosphere," then why would he want LA to begin with? That doesn't make any sense. It's Hollywood. Paparazzis are going to be around regardless of whether or not James is there.

What Wojo says makes complete sense and that is why a KL trade won't happen.

Never mind the injury concern but KL is doing the spurs no favors at all by saying he wants to play for the Lakers next year.

Exactly, these future pick assets begin to dry up starting next year. You either use them or trade them soon for something you like.

Kawhi Leonard isn’t Anthony Davis, but he’s very, very, very good.

Yeah unless Kawhi and his camp have told the Celtics they are willing to re-up, I just don't see any way this gets done. Ainge can offer Rozier/Smart/picks, but all the Lakers need to do is say, "Okay; here's Ingram/Kuzma/Ball" and Kawhi goes to LA.

I do believe that the Spurs will take a slightly lesser offer from a team like the Celtics to send Kawhi out of the West, but they aren't going to take 75 cents on the dollar just to be vindictive. That would just be stupid, and it's not something a shrewd organization like the Spurs would do.

Agreed, but I don't think that will make Ainge blink on what he offers unless Kawhi says he is willing to sign an extension.

What I get from this is that AInge isn't giving up any talented rotation players.
The Spurs can have future assets but no prime time players.
