Ernie was a BAD MAN as a player. NOT JUST AS A NY School boy. Not just at UT. Not just for the KC/OMAHA Kings ...(i'm old enough to remember Scott Wedman and BEFORE the move to Sacto).

HE PLAYED in Israel, very special for a Jewish athlete. He's Romanian, w a lot of fam in Israel...

You know Ernie and Bernard King were teamates at Tennessee back in the day. Right? Who better and who played for the Bullets and contributed more for this franchise. I say Albert king more than Ernie. :crazy:

I concur.

VERY GOOD analogy for both, IMO. Pretty much a wash...NONE has taken a team far. MJ was SO WRONG ...IMO...to trade Rip just to acquire Stackhouse. RIP had a better team player effect on 2 championship Detroit teams. NONE of the three players we are talking about have that kind of effect.
