I've always thought that Lebron was a b**** but now he looks like a bigger b**** for asking KD to team up with him. This self proclaimed KING, so call best player in the world and the guy who they said is better than MJ called the guy who just whipped your goofy a** in the finals to team up with him. This is just laughable

He wouldn't have even done it.
SAS just says **** to get people talking because he literally knows nothing.

Re: Trade and free agency speculation
So that trade that was rumored....
It was said to be the clincher for James as a Laker.
Kevin Love was quickly assumed, but I don’t think that makes a ton of sense.
Instead, it would make a lot of sense if we helped Kawhi get to the Lakers. If Kawhi were headed to the Lakers, maybe we end up with.....LaMarcus Aldridge?
Consider:
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yd2yjltu
LAL in: Leonard
LAL out: Ball, Ingram, Kuzma, Zubac, 2018 LAL 1st, 2020 LAL 1st
PHX out: Warren, Chandler, Jackson, Bender, 2019 MIL 1st, maybe Chriss
PHX in: Ball, Aldridge
SAS out: Leonard, Aldridge
SAS in: Chandler (bought out), Ingram, Jackson, Kuzma, Warren, Zubac, Bender, 2019 MIL 1st, 2018 LAL 1st, 2020 LAL 1st (protections?)
Something like that.
It satisfies every rumor:
1) gets LeBron to LA
2) gives Spurs a Godfather offer
3) gets TJ to the Spurs, where I feel like Pop might love his game and demeanor
4) gives the Spurs a hard reset
5) I think I saw somewhere that someone thinks a Ball was headed to Phoenix, although I can’t find who said it. Pretty sure it was one of the AZ radio guys
6) gets Aldridge out of SA after Kawhi bounces
7) gets Aldridge to his runner up destination
8) gives us a point guard
9) finds a spot for Ball that isn’t the Spurs
I don’t know. Easily my craziest suggestion yet, but it makes some kind of sense
Ball/Booker/Bridges/Aldridge/Ayton, and we still have cap space

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

That's giving up a lot to help TWO RIVAL TEAMS facilitate a trade and the only player with any real value coming back is Ball.

Most people from the outside world would say we weren’t giving up enough.
Aldridge was great last year. I didn’t expect that pitch to go well, though.

Dang Spurs walk away with highway robbery.
Disgusting for not only Suns but Lakers too. Ball, Ingram, Kuzma, Zubac and 2 firsts and don't even dump Deng so wouldn't be able to add another max next to Lebron and Kawhi. Would literally be Lebron, Kawhi, maybe Randle and 12 vet mins haha.

I think most people would ask what the hell the Suns were thinking if they did this trade.
Like, congratulations, you've tanked for 3 seasons to flip your assets into the 10th best team in the west instead of waiting and developing your own young talent.
I'm sure Spurs fans would thank us for their next dynasty.

Re: Trade and free agency speculation
the superteam madness is just perpetuating the absolutely horrible parity the NBA has historically has, the NFL model got it right, the NBA is going to have to come up with something creative here or I feel their ratings will plummet, people are tired of seeing the same teams over and over again being successful. At least if Lebron walks from Cleveland they won't be back in the finals and will probably get another #1 pick.

Another offseason of looking past the flaws of board favorites (Jackson's shooting) and using the same argument to ship other players out (Warren) or convince everyone that another player is a terrible add (Ball).
Do you guys ever get tired of this?
The best player we can hope to add is IT. Marquee FAs aren't signing here. We're not pulling off a blockbuster trade. We're not that team and McD isn't that GM. I love the Suns, but sometimes it feels like this fanbase is one of the problems with this franchise.

I had a dream where Miami and Charlotte did a straight Dragic for Kemba trade.

I'm surprised at the lack of news over the last week. Usually by now we've heard of deals that are pretty much in place. Noah to the Knicks was pretty much announced a week prior. The most we've gotten so far is Jordan to the Mavs and the Gortat trade.

Actually a month or two ago, somebody had a ta three team of Kemba to Miami, Goran to Phoenix and Warren plus picks to the Hornets. I didn't dislike it. But it seems the Hornets are building around Kemba
As for the Suns - I know they have interest in Van Fleet -- but I still feel like either Ryan is going to surprise the hell out of us with say Marcus Smart or Derrick Favors or maybe Daniels &/or Chriss to create a bit more cap space to get like Ariza and Beverly.
I just have a feeling - McD will surprise as normal. And all the names mentioned have not been a surprisI know Arizona has been mentioned but I still think he would be a surprise.
If he does lay low and just use cap space - I am still for Beverly and Stephenson.

The Lebron Kawhi factor - need those two shoes to stop.
If LeBron opts in - Morey will be working hard for instance

Exactly. However, Kleon already admitted he hates Lebron, if not, he wouldn't have started off by calling him a bitch. Second, if you hear any information that supports your belief, you use it for reinforcement of your beliefs. So SAS and others can throw out stupid **** and Lebron haters run with it......no verification needed. I am sure he will ignore the fact that it was refuted.
