Zagurski era is INF. LOL. Career era over 5. What did the Brewers see in this guy?

His career ERA was 7.05 before this game. That’s what flashed on the TV screen, anyway.

The Thames OF experiment has gotta end. And we gotta have something better planned if we know we can't use Hader or JJ. Chacin could've maybe gone another inning.

Re: Brewers @ Reds Series Thread
Well, as long as managers stick to these illogical theories on bullpen usage, we will have games like this.
Why can’t Knebel pitch before the 9th inning? Why cannot we exhaust all our best available bullpen arms while we have a lead or are tied or close until we have to go to inferior pitchers?
These silly unwritten rules about roles and such are just that ... silly!
Use logic! Think outside the box! We have to! The Cubs payroll will always be double ours! We have to be smarter!

Or Nick Ramirez. At least those guys have upside. Ramirez could even pinch hit.

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Was the misplay by Braun in the outfield as bad of a play as my dad is making out to be? He's sent me 3 text about it

Well those first two games look pretty important now. Funny that we've been 15 over like 6 times and lost every time.

I was thinking the same when I woke up this morning: Can't seem to crest the 15 game over hump. Nice performances from our most recent pitching call-ups. Yowza.

Re: Brewers @ Reds Series Thread
if they go no worse than 11-10 in this 21 game stretch I'll consider it a victory.

Misplay? I'd say either he never saw the ball or it was the worst effort I've seen by a pro athlete in my lifetime. I went on a huge rant after watching that and went back to the World Cup game...
Your Dad is just fine, Braun has pretty much fell into the 'Bucket Of Ass' role.
