Biggest suprise to me is PG. I guess he enjoyed how much they looked like hot garbage in the playoffs. Meh. Can't be the brightest dude.

Better than enduring the circus in LA while also not winning. Either way, Dubs still the faves in West.

They'll get better if they stretch Melo. Addition by subtraction. Actually, Melo accepting a lesser role as bench spark could help them improve but his ego too big for that ish.

Wonder if we’re going to keep Smart on hold for a bit to work sign and trade angles.. Philly is the only team that could swoop in and steal him.. but there’s no one who can really pay him..

I would love to see the 76ers have a guard rotation of Simmons, Smart, Fultz

Go ahead. Have fun. That very well may be the worst shooting guard rotation in the history of the NBA and ABA. And would make guarding them absurdly simple and a pure repeate of last year.

Can't imagine Smart is in any world someone the 76ers would target.

Yeah, agreed - but they could see his shot as a work in progress..

But props to him for sticking in OKC and trying build.

As far as I'm concerned, he's a pretty bright guy for not signing with LA.

Redick and Belinelli hope they’re gone off the sixers.

Warriors apparently want nothing to do with Dwight. Their target is DeAndre.

Well that was a nutty first hour. Falling asleep where I sit. At this rate I assume I'm going to wake to an unrecognizable landscape tomorrow.

Kawhi in Brooklyn, Lebron with Darussafaka Istanbul, Smart taking an unpaid internship with Spacex...

Just got a weird feeling Smarts gonna be gone.

Well with 0 progress in years I doubt that. Honestly if I'm any team in the NBA I'm going over Fred Van Fleet well before Marcus Smart.

He has real PG skills, great defense, and shooting.

I just don't see a market out there for Smart unless someone will throw like 4 years at 8 mil a year at him to see if he bites, that way they can gamble that Smart has that 5% chance his shooting improves and they get a bargain. Otherwise they'll just eat the contract.

That’s still a possibility. Something tells me the guy would never leave the east. He can sign a one year deal.

I guess so.....I mean how it ends in the west next year I suspect will end just the way it has ended the last several seasons though barring major injuries.

I thought some of those dudes in the west might want to pair up with Lebron to beat the Warriors but I am starting to wonder if they even all care anymore. Money and listening to the wife and kids seems to be at front for most now.

Unlike Baynes, who does care and desires to go to the finals next year and win it with the best team in the east. Baynes is a true competitor.
