Dell has to figure that balance out. If Cousins wanted to leave he'd already have taken the 1 year offer from the Lakers. He wants his big contract.

I have a strong feeling (big stretch) LeBron is going to be left alone at the altar.
He’ll either run back to Cleveland only to put them through hell for another year or he’d just be content on growing his brand in LA, as if it needed LA
I’m not worried about LA with LeBron, but I just want Laker fans and that franchise to suffer forever, especially the slimy Magic Johnson.

Re: NBA Free Agency
LeBron & Cousins on the Lakers would create the perfect storm of animosity for Celtics fans. A finals matchup against that team would blow the roof off the Garden. (I know they won't get by GS, but I can dream.)

Re: NBA Free Agency
Who believes we’re going to have to see this nonsense from LeBron next summer as well?
KD could become a FA (99%) and Kawhi is a FA, LeBron could go back to the Cavs for 1 year and we’re back at square one.
I could see 2 out of 3 on the Lakers, maybe all 3.

We will have this nonsense from LeBron every summer until he feels he doesn't have any great years left, in which case he will sign a multi-year deal somewhere to maximize his dollars.

The 76ers' bread and butter this past year was perimeter shooting, and they have already lost two of their sharpshooters (Belinelli and Ilyasova) and could very well lose Redick, as well.
It's going to be freaking hilarious when they strike out on landing a big star and end up with an even worse roster than last year.

Wait......This can't be true. I thought Paul George came out of the womb in a Lakers jersey and was destined to play there?!

All of this can't help but make you wonder how much of the "KAWHI WANTS LA AND NOTHING ELSE!!!" hype was media-generated.

Re: NBA Free Agency
I wouldn't mock the Sixers just yet. It does seem letting go of their FAs could point to clearing of cap holds from their books for a MAJOR signing. Until Lebron signs elsewhere, we stay woke.

Maybe Embiid shouldn't have sent out that tweet about Lebron.

Not far fetched to think every free agent who was ever reported to want to play for the Lakers was media generated. I hope Lebron goes to the Clippers.
