I personally think unless Kawhi was lined up they wouldn't do this. Kawhi next domino to fall most likely. I'm okay with Lakers winning a ring or two and beating the Warriors. Need something new, even if sadly it's the Lakers again.

Eh. I'm actually a Lebron fan dude. He's very likable for me and I want him to break Kareem's points record and win another ring or two and go down as the GOAT. Plus I'm sick of watching GS win.

I'm torn. Guess I'm happy watch the Lakers in the playoffs again.

I know you think he's over-rated but at worst you'd have to admit he's a top 10 guy of all time. You are getting him still in his prime and if he has a couple of good years left in him depending on the other moves, you guys will be a strong WCF contender again. That's great for Lakers fans.

I have never denied that he is an all-time great. I really have never gotten into the discussion of all-time rankings because personally I don't think there's a way to quantify it like everyone attempts to do. For me it comes down to a personal preference for what style of play you prefer. I've never been a fan of Lebron's style.

Anyway, like I said, I'm glad my team will be competitive again. And I feel strongly about the young core, no matter how much they get bashed here on the GB. They were really competitive despite the record. I have to believe that Lebron had one eye on this group all season and is aware of their potential (he did skip out on the Espy's last year to watch Zo and Kuzma win the Summer League).

its always been that. the lakers arent a winning team, so he didnt go for that. you could say he went for his family, the city, the fame and lights, whatever...its all geography. not a basketball move.
