Randle 2 years 18??? Most projected smart to make similar to randle or even less so this might be good news for Boston in trying to keep Marcus.

How many games lakers win next year? Can they win 50? I still see some holes defensively. They where ranked 25 last season in defense. They won’t stop many teams.

It's not lost on me that Boogie & Rondo are Kentucky alumni and possibly buddies with Anthony Davis.

The McGee/Stephenson signings are puzzling unless Lebron is simply after dimwits he can feel superior to. Rondo makes a lot of sense, particularly with Ball recovering from injury and maybe needing a mentor.

He should’ve taken the deal Ainge offered him at the beginning of the season. He’s about to get squeezed now unless he takes the QO..

Does this mean that cousins is not going back to New Orleans? Lakers? Seems like teams are concerned with that Achilles. He won’t get a max deal.

I wouldn't.

4 year deal starting at 8-9$mil is all i'd offer. Given what everyone else is getting.

I still hope he comes back. We need him. His shooting sucks but he does other small things.

We won't go into luxury tax for Smart, I think he'll come on a Roberson type deal 3/30 with last year a player option.

Smart is barely worth the MLE. Worst shooter potentially in the NBA with great defense. That's an average player.

All these double figure salary offerings are an overpayment.

Playing on 1 year for the QO makes sense for him, next year with everyone having money someone will be dumb enough to overpay and give him 10-12 mil.

Makes sense for both sides. Smart shows well in the playoffs and someone will pay him. Celtics dodge the luxury tax for one more year. Only worry left is the Kings IMO

I hope for Smarts sake he doesn't take the QO, betting on yourself u could end up like Noel (turnt down 70 million) to vets minimum. I want him locked up before Irving, Rozier, Horfords FA next year.

Return to Boston Celtics
