Love was actually plan B if we couldn't land Griffin.

I doubt that's the direction they're entertaining.

The East is wide open now and yall thinking about a "player option" after next season. Man, we need to think about winning and keep a core together in the future. We already have two great bigs with Dre and Griffin, why give that up.

We just need to figure out Reggie's situation and our 2/3 spots.

That's a simple difference between us.

You believe in this core and I don't. I don't believe Drummond and Griffin is a recipe for winning. I think Griffin was always overrated and is declining, and I don't think he fits well with Drummond. His contract is the definition of an albatross. I think the best move is to rebuild. I've been very consistent on that point in everything I've said on these forums since the trade happened.

So why wouldn't I be happy for the opportunity to get away from Blake Griffin? And if you like the trade, how did you feel about the SVG firing? Because the Griffin trade was the absolute last straw for me in that regard.

How did I feel about the SVG firing. Well, i loved it. I always thought he tried to make us like his previous team with Dwight Howard, Rashard Lewis and company.

SVG did make some good trades though. His free agency signing was completely bogus!

I thought he made good trades until the Griffin trade.

I always thought he was okay as a coach and awful on the free agent market, with trades being the one saving grace of his administration. The Griffin trade not only cost us a first round pick and a ton of money but also erased the results of the best trade he made- the landing of Tobias Harris.

Man oh man are the Lakers doing a terrible job building around Lebron. Rondo is the worst, but I wasn't a fan of Lance or KCP either.

You need SHOOTERS. If I'm a Laker fan I'm praying the Kawhi trade rumors pan out. Otherwise you're looking at competing for the 8th seed- which is what the Cavs would have done last year if they were out West.

Screw Drummond, I'm thinking we trade him for Love and roll with Love and Blake. That way the Cavs can start Tristan Thompson and Drummond side by side and watch as teams try in vain to get a defensive rebound against these two lol. Other than that they would suck.

All of Pope/Stephenson/McGee/Rondo are questionable at best fits with Lebron. Add Ball in there, and there is going to a wall waiting for Bron every time he tries to attack. Their spacing is going to be horrendous.

If they don't get Kawhi, they will probably be wasting Lebron's age 34 season. There is a chance that team doesn't even make the playoffs.

Very reasonable rate for Randle... making just a little bit more than Tolliver and he's making less than Jon Leuer which I think will be a theme this offseason. Will be interesting to see how little Cousins gets now, and where he ends up.

What would be the difference of him or Kennard besides probably being a even weaker defender and injured.

I would want him in a Kennard role but not with Kennard already here. Can’t run those two out there taking up 48 mins like that’s in my opinion as SGs.

Curry is more of a combo guard. Would have allowed Ish to be traded for a useful 3/4 type to balance the roster better.

WTF Cousins for 1 5.3mill. Randle for 9mill. Talk about cheap high level bigs being available.
