Crazy. I can't blame Cousins though. My guess is he felt disrespected by the offers he received and realized that no team seemed willing to offer a big contract even for just 1 year. The weird signings this offseason seem to be a direct result of the many teams (including us) giving huge contracts to role players.

Speaking to a mate who’s a Cavs fan and he believes Lebron truly moved for his kids schooling and accepts it’s going to be difficult to win there.

The Cousins deal was HUGE!

The Lakers cannot half ass this year and win. They have to go in now.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Kemba Walker is the win now PG that swings the Lakers forward. His contract allows them to add Kawhi and another 20 mil player. That will beat the Warriors with a hobbled Cousins.
