Hey spine, nice to see you back. The run you out of the gym thing, did you see Bamba's sprint speed? AG is no slow poke either, Isaac we just don't know. It will be a fun experiment that I hope works out, if it doesn't it doesn't, but must be given plenty of time on the court. Something to look forward to IMO.

Thanks buddy, you too Pino! No, I'm saying they are very athletic and can run you out of the gym. It will be fun to watch, not saying it won't be entertaining. I don't see much scoring though, and it will be easy to defend. Defensively I love it, I've touted a big frontcourt on here for years. I just think Isaac and AG are redundant, someone will be moved eventually. I'd take Bamba and Isaac and start all over, but that's me.

That's how I feel. We know this team is too easy to defend. They can get on the fast break on spurts and run but you cant do that all game. Its gonna be ugly offensive basketball. I've been saying since last year that we need to trade AG. You draft Issac and there is a duplication of PF talent. Drafting Mamba assures that Issac wont be a center which was the only hope of a starting front-court of both AG and Issac working. AG at SF was a disaster and I don't think Issac has the SF skill set base either. I thought we should have traded AG before the trade deadline but management didn't seem to proactive in that. AG will be traded at some point, just don't mess it up like the Dipo/Ibaka trade.

No doubt that AG and J.I. are going to have to hit open 3s for this to be successful, but if they average 35%, that may do it.

One of Issac and Gordon will eventually move.

It's possible we will see that at times together but the spacing on offense will be tough.

If Gordon, Isaac and Bamba fulfill their potentials and become effective outside shooters, then the spacing on offense will not be a problem...

In fact, I would bet the total opposite, that it will be THE identifying strength of this team! Having 3 bigs who are 2 way players will pose all kinds of mismatches... especially since they all have the potential to be floor spacers with their 3 point shots. Basketball is becoming more positionless and more about team basketball. Called isolations are less used and ball movement is valued. Houston's downfall was using Harden too much on ISO and he simply wore out.

I know we don't have a true 25+ppg ISO guy and that puts fear into the thinking that we won't be able to generate offense. But we are shaping up to be a team that won't need to rely on a guy like that. The league is putting a premium on speed, spacing the floor and the ability to guard the pick and roll and the Magic with B.I.G. or J.A.M or whatever it ends up being nicknamed, will be at the forefront of what the new modern model of successful basketball wants to looks like. Players that can guard multiple positions on defense and stretch the floor and play within a free-flowing system on offense are highly valuable in today’s game.

But Clifford HAS TO maximize this opportunity. He has to create hybrid line ups that create mismatches. The middle of the paint should be wide open for any of our Big 3 to attack in space or play off each other in Pn'R combinations. With the size and strength we are developing, we should be able to bully guys once we are fully developed.

We will see if it works.

They will definitely give it a shot.
