Getting there. Every post is doom and gloom. I’d have to go back but I bet if he had had his way, we’d have been wondering if we can resign PG and Butler instead of having Jaylen, Tatum and Kyrie.

He should be paid very little attention.

How do the rockets feel? One game away. Morey is usually the gambler but now he lost Ariza still hasn't signed Capella and warriors have gotten better. Bad news

Not potentially; it IS career-altering. It is literally the worst possible injury a basketball player--or any athlete, really--can have.

This is the epitome of idotic. The Warriors continue to move the goal posts back. Unfortunately the entire rest of the league can do nothing but sit back and watch.

I said it in 2016, I said it in 2017 and I'll say it now:

Kevin Durant singlehandedly broke the league with his cowardly decision.

That statement needs to be taken back a few years to who started the creation of superteams with players in their primes (old dudes like our 08 team dont count)

We all know Lebron is a b*tch and started this crap, but Durant took it to a new extreme.

The Celtics will need to play flawless basketball just to steal 2 games against the Warriors. That team has the potential to steamroll through the playoffs.

Yeah, only chance anyone has is if cousins is damaged goods or close to it. Which is possible considering how serious is injury is.

I swear I'm not afraid of the Boogie Monster, I swear it!

Thank god they didn’t.

If Cousins took 5 million...anything is possible

Anything who thought Boogie was ever close to elite because stats got a hard lesson in basketball. Just as with IT, they will blame the injuries, but the stone cold truth of it is that teams do and did not view them the same way fans do.

Kings didn’t get jack when they traded him, the Pels didn’t even try to keep him, and no one offered him a big deal in free agency.

The reason is that he is widely known as a mentally soft, habitually disruptive, coach killing, locker room cancer who has been absolutely detested by hundreds of people who have worked with and around him.

Told you so.

If it doesn't work out it will be because boogie is damaged goods. Otherwise, they literally have a starting five of allstars and superstars. With a finals mvp coming off the bench. The only thing funny here is how much of a joke the league is right now.

Also, the warriors don't even need it to work out. That's the kicker. They just added one of the most dominate big men in the game today on their team just for the lul'z.

It is low-risk for them, and he could help. But definitely wouldn’t bet on it. He’s overrated and very disruptive.

He literally only has to play at 50% in the playoffs and they won’t lose a single game. The upgrade from Zaza to him at half strength is insane. But I agree With you as a whole

The next time Boogie contributes to winning will be the first time. Couldn’t even do it in college.

He is overrated trash.

As someone who wants Kawhi myself, ease up on calling someone homers just cause they're not as enthusiastic about it. It's very apparent that the Celtics are in a stalemate with the Spurs along with other suitors. It seems this will be a marathon as opposed to a sprint. No one is offering squadoosh for Kawhi, and the Spurs are right to bide their time for a while until a better deal comes. We're not dealing with the Cavs or Nets, we're dealing with an actual front office that actually has a clue.

Perhaps the Celtics ultimately get Kawhi, but don't be surprised if the Spurs drag this out all summer.
