This clown has been here over 15 years. I give him credit for signing Arenas, outside of that his resume is terrible here. I wonder what's the relationship with Ted and Ernie, it made no sense that he received an extension just last year.

I hate Ernie with a passion. 15 years of failure and he still keeps his job. He is basically ruining Walls and Beals careeer by signing bums like Mahinmi and Smith to long overpriced contracts that prohibit us from doing anything during free agency.

Came out of the summer of 2016 hoping for KD, and we got Ian Mahinmi and Andrew Nicholson

Summer of 2018 hoping for a sign and trade for Cousins, we get Austin Rivers and Thomas Bryant...

I gave up on hoping for success for this team a while ago

And then he went to use the rest of the money on Jason Smith and Andrew Nicholson, 2 guys who were benchriders on one of the worst teams in the league.... if they were bench riders on a bottom 5 team, what made him think they’d be anything more than that on a playoff team??

Heck, the Wizards even lost the coin flip deciding between the Warriors and Wizards if you recall.
