Why does Biggio still lead off for you guys?
.293 OBP and .245 batting average.
That is like Jacque Jones hitting lead off for us.

because garner is a dumb *** and pupura wont get a speedy leadoff hitter.

that is an awful lineup....if anything bat murton second, not jones

Yeah I have confidence in the Cubs tonight. They saw Milwaukee get killed and know a win will again put them in 1st.

He did the same thing on Friday when I went. I just don't understand it. How can we improve our hitting by not practicing?

DeRosa or Murton are better choices in every measurable way. Or even Fontenot. Hell, put Cliff Floyd there since he has lost all his power.

I'm really dissapointed either Patterson or Pie aren't starting. This is the first game in awhile where I can actually sit and enjoy it without distractions (those being getting really drunk, or having to entertain the girlfriend).

Pie better be brought in later.
