Eww...

Need to re-sign Luc and Capela because so far this offseason is pure taint.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

Someone on NBA TV mentioned that with the market dried up, the Rockets can probably wait out Cappela and he'll be forced to sign for a low price.

But then they might risk having an unhappy player, who will look to bolt when he becomes UFA.

Sorry but no off-season during which you sign a Top 10 player can really be considered "pure taint".

Perspective.

Plus I like the idea of taking a flyer on MCW with a one yr min deal.

I love the Cousins signing so far because I think he makes the Warriors worse.

We’ll see how stupid I am. It’s possible he stops boogieing and helps them out, but I don’t trust him to get his head right in order to be able to help them.

It’s possible, I guess. JaVale did. JaVale is a better player, though.

Javale is not better than Cousins, but he doesn't have a temper like Cousins though.

JaVale's not as skilled.
He's more effective, though.
Morey 2020.

MCW stinks. I'd rather give Melton the injury minutes. If he's not ready and stinks it's fine because so does MCW and we already know he does! Maybe I'm wrong but this seems like a waste of a roster spot

Sign and trade Clint Capela to Spurs for Kawhi Leonard. Re-sign Tarik Black to start at center or maybe Zaza Pachulia.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Anyone else nervous about this Carmelo situation?

Yep. I want no part of Melo, hope he chooses to join Lebron.

Can't say who so you're welcome to not believe me, but someone I know, knows someone in the league (not rockets or OKC, so may just be speculation) who is saying it's basically a done deal. Just hope it's for the minimum I guess. Sigh. I don't want him.

I mean if he was fully willing to accept coming off the bench and embrace that role it would maybe be worth considering, but we know that is highly unlikely.

Not sure how he'd be an improvement over Anderson.

Melo was targeted on defense by opposing teams last season, just as Anderson was.

He could back down and exploit switches to guards on offense but Anderson shoots better from 3?

But he's a buddy of CP3 so ...
