I didn't call it in the sense that I knew LeBron would go to LA but more of a Super Team becoming a Mega team that will potentially ruin the NBA.

The latest Adam Morrison Comic was a parody-exaggeration of the NBA in a couple of years. A team of 5 all stars teaming up to guarantee a title.

I'm not pissing a moaning about LeBron leaving or even Cousins joining a team with 4 All Stars it is what it is but it's sort of a "Hidden Fear" of an NBA fan that only one team will dominate while a small market has an even BIGGER mountain to climb if they have ANY hope of winning a ring.

As it pertains to the East without LeBron. I see the East not getting any stronger without LeBron. I liked having LeBron in the East because teams like Toronto, Boston, and Philadelphia getting BETTER because those teams would have to elevate their game to a certain level to defeat LeBron's team essentially making them better but now I see the east of TOR, BOS, and PHILA cruising to the Finals only to get smacked around by a Mega Team. The Goat to the T-Rex as to East is to the West. Ant...Boot.

It' just a matter of time (and by that i mean couple years, maximum) till LBJ becomes irrelevant on the court anyway. East has to develop their prospects because in like 3/4 years top, some of them will be the new superstars while most western conf teams had to overpay to land FA's and quality vet's.

With LeBron moving West it just puts the league one step closer to getting rid of conferences during the playoffs.

I've never been a fan of the 1-16 playoff format. KD and Cousins joined the powerhouse in the west. Lebron chose to go to LA. CP3 pushed for his move to Houston. All those players were already in the west obviously outside of Lebron, but I don't think we should change rules just because players put themselves in this situation.

Also, what is the point of conferences at that point? Doing this would give players even more reason to join the west
