Lord they really do love the wingspan thing. Still, he'll at least make guys like Fournier and DJ work harder in practice. If his shooting keeps improving, he was worth a gamble.

Well, if we land IT and have this young kid as our potential future PG option I would have to say the FO did a hell of a job this off season with not a lot to work with. If Briscoe truly fixed his shot he will have a place in this league.

Isn’t it crazy that he shot 50% from essentially 22 to 24 feet, but just 22% from beyond 24 feet?

Wild variance on such a short distance.

Yeah really is interesting. He might just need tons of reps and work with a shooting coach. Got to be doing something different on his 3’s..

Looks like he was only taking about 1 NBA 3 per game though, so that's not a very good sample size. You're probably talking about had he made 3 more he'd be in the 30-35% range.

and could include 35 ft heaves as time expired. so.... we shall see. the international line alone is pretty promising at the least.

Today Fox Sports asked Wes Iwundu, "How do you describe Isaiah Briscoe?"

He replied, "Very vocal... and a good leader out there."
