If you're willing to accept that Evans' production in a limited sample size of a contract season on a tanking team is more representative of who he is as a player and how he will adapt to a more structured role in the future than all his other previous seasons, sure. He wasn't bad last season, and he was great if you had him on your fantasy team. Role matters, though, and Evans won't get that same role again unless he's on another bad team at some point. I hope he proves me wrong. I don't wish ill on any specific player, but Beal is better, too. One season doesn't change that. I can't believe I'm in the positivity thread having to argue as much, honestly.
