Probably paid a little too much but its a lot better than paying a bunch of old guys (Hill, Carter, Randolph, Koufos). Hopefully he stays healthy and lives out his contract. He played well in the chicago games I saw last year.

If a player is good enough the incumbent team will always match. Kings will end up overpaying for someone, its just a matter of who. What else are they going to do with their cap space.

Bulls making the same mistake the Raptors did with Ibaka. Instead of just cutting your losses, you feel obligated to retain the asset no matter the cost because you traded away assets to get them.

There are many better ways to spend 20 million a year in this league
