There's absolutely nothing wrong with normal yoga as supplementary exercises to their basketball training.

Yoga is great for control of the body, range of motion etc. And it also helps with durability if you're keeping the muscles elastic and not so stiff - works well towards preventing injuries.

Don't know what yoga basketball is though.

He says he asked to come out early in the game because he had to re-look at the plays? On one hand its like damn 3 minutes in? On the other its back to that self awareness which is a great thing to have.

Yes I really do like this kids self awareness and willingness to admit his flaws. I sure hope he can stay lean and trim instead of bulking up too much. Worry about injuries with extra weight.

Nice. Maybe he should have picked #8.

Cavs fans would’ve been cool with that. Sexton was a reach.

Our guards are not very good at using screens. They leave way too much space. That space is not the screener's responsibility, it is the guard's.

Yea I think there are lots of elements that can be fixed in training camp but Ayton is also setting the screens very weak. He just wants to roll immediately and he doesn't even set the screen properly. I think he is overlooking the effect of a strong screen.

Watching the 2 summer league games so far, I'm optimistic about Ayton, but he has a long way to go. He'll get stats just by showing up with his physical attributes. We desperately need a PG that knows how to get the ball into him. There are so many AWFUL passes so far trying to get him involved. It's obvious younger guys aren't used to feeding the post in the modern age of basketball. However, I also place part of the blame on Ayton. He doesn't really know how to cement himself into position yet. I think he'd especially benefit from some in depth work with a guy like Olajuwon over the summer. He's got good footwork, just doesn't really know how to utilize it yet. The Suns should shell out some dough to get him into an Olajuwon workshop for like... a month straight this summer.

It's just relating to pick n roll plays he was involved in when on the floor.

I hope he sets it lower than Ayton wants and tells him he needs to be a monster for it to raise up. Seems a bit too concerned about it.
