When your traps and Delts explode like THAT in anything less than a year or 2, that's the telltale sign for me. They always blow up first on PEDs cuz that's where the most androgen receptors are

Oh God no. Someone tell him to keep his stomach down against the bench he's not bracing with his core strength he's just abusing the structural integrity of his lumbar vertebrae. What is his trainer doing? Am I missing something here?
